【摘要】：澳大利亞在高職教師選聘與培養(yǎng)方面有著豐富的經(jīng)驗。借鑒澳大利亞高職院校師資隊伍的構(gòu)成、來源、建設、管理、培訓等方面的先進經(jīng)驗,結(jié)合我國高等職業(yè)教育發(fā)展的實際,我國高職教師隊伍建設應在遵循統(tǒng)一標準——構(gòu)建師資培訓課程體系、專兼結(jié)合——建設"雙師型"教師隊伍、校企聯(lián)動——建立培訓共同體等方面實現(xiàn)突破。
[Abstract]:Australia has rich experience in the selection and training of teachers in higher vocational education. Drawing lessons from the advanced experience in the field of the composition, source, construction, management, training and so on of the teachers in higher vocational colleges in Australia, and combining with the reality of the development of higher vocational education in our country, The construction of teachers' team in higher vocational colleges in our country should achieve a breakthrough in following the unified standard-constructing the teacher training curriculum system, constructing the "double-qualified" teacher team, establishing the training community with the cooperation of the school and the enterprise, and so on.
