河南交通職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院輔導(dǎo)員激勵(lì)機(jī)制研究

【摘要】:在新的時(shí)代背景下,黨和政府對(duì)高校輔導(dǎo)員的角色定位和職責(zé)要求己經(jīng)日益明確,輔導(dǎo)員的管理、育人、服務(wù)功能也越來(lái)越受到重視。如何針對(duì)高等職業(yè)院校輔導(dǎo)員需求和特點(diǎn)建立激勵(lì)機(jī)制,是許多高職院校發(fā)展中需要思考的問(wèn)題。因此本文以河南交通職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院輔導(dǎo)員激勵(lì)機(jī)制為研究對(duì)象,加強(qiáng)高職院校輔導(dǎo)員隊(duì)伍激勵(lì)機(jī)制的基礎(chǔ)研究,對(duì)高職院校輔導(dǎo)員隊(duì)伍的管理具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 本文從激勵(lì)機(jī)制在高校人力資源管理中的重要地位入手,強(qiáng)調(diào)了高校改革發(fā)展背景下建立輔導(dǎo)員激勵(lì)機(jī)制的重大意義,緊緊圍繞河南交通職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院的發(fā)展,闡述建立完善河南交通職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院輔導(dǎo)員激勵(lì)機(jī)制的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義,提出了論文的研究背景、研究意義、研究的方法和內(nèi)容。本文主要從三個(gè)方面闡述建立完善河南交通職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院輔導(dǎo)員激勵(lì)機(jī)制的依據(jù):一是激勵(lì)理論,二是河南交通職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院輔導(dǎo)員激勵(lì)機(jī)制的現(xiàn)狀,三是河南交通職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院輔導(dǎo)員的特征和需求;本文較詳細(xì)地介紹激勵(lì)機(jī)制相關(guān)理論、高校輔導(dǎo)員管理的相關(guān)理論,為河南交通職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院輔導(dǎo)員激勵(lì)機(jī)制設(shè)計(jì),打下堅(jiān)實(shí)的理論基礎(chǔ);采用問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法、文獻(xiàn)研究法等方法,分析了河南交通職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院輔導(dǎo)員激勵(lì)機(jī)制使用過(guò)程中表現(xiàn)出的突出問(wèn)題,指出進(jìn)一步建立完善激勵(lì)機(jī)制勢(shì)在必行;運(yùn)用激勵(lì)機(jī)制的相關(guān)理論,采用深度訪談法、專家打分法設(shè)計(jì)了河南交通職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院輔導(dǎo)員激勵(lì)機(jī)制,在考核體系、物質(zhì)激勵(lì)措施、非物質(zhì)激勵(lì)措施、約束機(jī)制等方面進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)和優(yōu)化。對(duì)初步設(shè)計(jì)的河南交通職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院輔導(dǎo)員激勵(lì)機(jī)制實(shí)施過(guò)程中的組織建設(shè)、制度建設(shè)、平臺(tái)建設(shè)等方面進(jìn)行了分析,并提出了具體的操作方法,構(gòu)建了完善輔導(dǎo)員激勵(lì)機(jī)制的保障體系。 本文設(shè)計(jì)出了一套較為完整的高職院校輔導(dǎo)員激勵(lì)機(jī)制。本文的研究對(duì)提高河南交通職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院輔導(dǎo)員管理水平具有實(shí)際意義,對(duì)其他高職院校也具有參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Under the background of the new era, the role orientation and responsibility requirements of the Party and the government for college counselors have become increasingly clear, and the management, education and service functions of counselors have been paid more and more attention. How to set up incentive mechanism in accordance with the needs and characteristics of counselors in higher vocational colleges is a problem to be considered in the development of many vocational colleges. Therefore, this paper takes the incentive mechanism of counselors in Henan Communication Vocational and Technical College as the research object, and strengthens the basic research on the incentive mechanism of counselors in higher vocational colleges, which is of great practical significance to the management of counselors in vocational colleges. Starting from the important position of incentive mechanism in the management of human resources in colleges and universities, this paper emphasizes the great significance of establishing the incentive mechanism of counselors under the background of the reform and development of colleges and universities, and closely revolves around the development of Henan Communication Vocational and Technical College. This paper expounds the practical significance of establishing and perfecting the incentive mechanism of counselors in Henan Traffic Vocational and Technical College, and puts forward the research background, research significance, research methods and contents of the thesis. This paper mainly expounds the basis of establishing and perfecting the incentive mechanism of counselors in Henan Traffic Vocational and Technical College from three aspects: one is the incentive theory, the other is the current situation of the incentive mechanism of the counselors in Henan Traffic Vocational and Technical College. The third is the characteristics and needs of counselors in Henan Traffic Vocational and Technical College. This paper introduces in detail the relevant theories of incentive mechanism and the management theory of counselors in colleges and universities, and designs the incentive mechanism for counselors in Henan Traffic Vocational and Technical College. Lay a solid theoretical foundation, adopt the method of questionnaire, literature research, etc., analyze the outstanding problems in the process of using the incentive mechanism of counselors in Henan Traffic Vocational and Technical College. The author points out that it is imperative to further establish and perfect the incentive mechanism, using the relevant theory of incentive mechanism, adopting the method of in-depth interview and expert scoring to design the incentive mechanism of counselors in Henan Traffic Vocational and Technical College, and the material incentive measures in the examination system. Non-material incentives, constraints and other aspects of the design and optimization. This paper analyzes the organization construction, system construction, platform construction and so on in the process of implementing the incentive mechanism of counselors in Henan Traffic Vocational and Technical College, and puts forward some concrete operation methods. Construct the guarantee system to perfect the incentive mechanism of counselors. This article has designed a set of relatively complete higher vocational college counselors incentive mechanism. The research in this paper has practical significance to improve the management level of counselors in Henan Traffic Vocational and Technical College, and also has reference value to other vocational colleges.
