發(fā)達(dá)國家職業(yè)啟蒙教育的經(jīng)驗(yàn)與啟示

【摘要】:職業(yè)啟蒙教育是在中小學(xué)階段開展的,為了幫助學(xué)生認(rèn)知自我、了解職業(yè)世界,引導(dǎo)其對學(xué)習(xí)與未來發(fā)展進(jìn)行思考的教育活動。目前,我國的職業(yè)啟蒙教育發(fā)展緩慢,而美國、英國、日本等發(fā)達(dá)國家的職業(yè)啟蒙開始較早,具有豐富的理論研究成果、明確的政策規(guī)劃和多樣的實(shí)踐路徑。以此為借鑒,我國必須通過宏觀政策規(guī)劃來加強(qiáng)職業(yè)啟蒙教育理念的宣傳、依托現(xiàn)有學(xué)科課程強(qiáng)化職業(yè)啟蒙要素的滲透、基于綜合實(shí)踐活動拓寬職業(yè)體驗(yàn)認(rèn)知路徑。
[Abstract]:Vocational enlightenment education is carried out in primary and secondary schools. In order to help students understand themselves, understand the professional world and guide them to think about learning and future development. At present, the vocational enlightenment education in our country develops slowly, but the professional enlightenment of the developed countries, such as the United States, Britain, Japan and so on, begins early, with rich theoretical research results, clear policy planning and various practical paths. For reference, our country must strengthen the propaganda of vocational enlightenment education idea through macro-policy planning, strengthen the infiltration of vocational enlightenment elements based on the existing subject curriculum, and broaden the cognitive path of career experience based on comprehensive practical activities.
