【摘要】：針對當前現(xiàn)代學徒制人才培養(yǎng)試點中存在的校企合作體制機制不健全、缺乏權(quán)威和統(tǒng)一的企業(yè)崗位課程標準和質(zhì)量監(jiān)督機制等問題,提出組建由行業(yè)協(xié)會、學院、企業(yè)3方組成的行業(yè)聯(lián)合學院,探索現(xiàn)代學徒制與行業(yè)聯(lián)合學院有機結(jié)合的人才培養(yǎng)模式,分析了試點專業(yè)、合作企業(yè)、企業(yè)師傅遴選、選拔的原則,構(gòu)建了學生、學徒、準員工、員工4個層次,識崗、輪崗、專崗、頂崗4個階段的人才培養(yǎng)路徑。
[Abstract]:In view of the problems existing in the current pilot training of modern apprenticeship talents, such as the imperfect system and mechanism of cooperation between schools and enterprises, the lack of authority and unified standards of courses and quality supervision in enterprises, and so on, it is proposed to set up trade associations and colleges. This paper explores the talent training model of the combination of modern apprenticeship system and trade association college, analyzes the principles of pilot specialty, cooperative enterprise, master selection and selection, and constructs students and apprentices. Prospective employees, employees at 4 levels, to identify the post, rotation, post, four stages of talent training path.
