“三方協(xié)同、四維一體”的學前教育專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)模式的探索與實踐

【摘要】:以立德樹人為根本目標,依據(jù)人的全面發(fā)展理論,突破片面的"技能至上"的職業(yè)教育人才培養(yǎng)觀念,在實踐中探索形成了"三方協(xié)同、四維一體"的學前教育專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)模式。經(jīng)過10年的探索和實踐,實現(xiàn)了學校、企業(yè)、政府的協(xié)同合作,以培養(yǎng)高職學生品行、身心、知識、技能四方面的核心素養(yǎng)為重點,形成了"課程教學、專業(yè)實訓、社會實踐、特色活動"四大聯(lián)動平臺,整合各種有效教育資源促進學生在以德為先的基礎上全面、一體發(fā)展。該人才培養(yǎng)模式對于深化高等職業(yè)教育尤其是學前教育專業(yè)的改革提供了理論借鑒和行動范式。
[Abstract]:Based on the theory of man's all-round development, the author breaks through the one-sided "skill first" concept of talent training in vocational education, and explores the formation of "tripartite cooperation" in practice. Four-dimensional integration of pre-school education professionals training model. After 10 years of exploration and practice, the cooperative cooperation among schools, enterprises and governments has been realized, with the emphasis on cultivating the core qualities of students in higher vocational education in the aspects of conduct, body and mind, knowledge and skills, thus forming "curriculum teaching, professional practical training, social practice," Characteristic activities "four linked platforms, integrate all kinds of effective educational resources to promote students' comprehensive and integrated development on the basis of virtue first." This talent training model provides theoretical reference and action paradigm for deepening the reform of higher vocational education, especially preschool education.
