中等職業(yè)學(xué)校教師職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃問題研究

【摘要】:隨著社會(huì)主義經(jīng)濟(jì)快速的發(fā)展,,國家也逐漸認(rèn)識(shí)到中職教育的重要性。經(jīng)濟(jì)的迅猛發(fā)展、社會(huì)的不斷進(jìn)步,對高素質(zhì)的中等職業(yè)技術(shù)類人才的需求量不斷提高,這類人才的培養(yǎng),就需要擁有一支具有專業(yè)的理論知識(shí)和熟練操作技能的中職教師隊(duì)伍。而目前中職教師的職業(yè)發(fā)展并不順利,中職教師在職業(yè)發(fā)展過程中沒有一套完整的職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃,缺乏職業(yè)目標(biāo),這不僅影響中職教師的職業(yè)生涯發(fā)展,更不利于中職教育事業(yè)的發(fā)展。 本文通過深入中等職業(yè)學(xué)校進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查、訪談等形式,在同文獻(xiàn)法與比較法相結(jié)合的方式對中職教師的職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃進(jìn)行調(diào)查研究,了解中職教師在職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃中存在的問題,分析問題的主客觀原因,并提出解決問題的建議和對策,增強(qiáng)中職教師對自身職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃和管理意識(shí),為中職學(xué)校師資管理工作提出有效建議。 從研究的結(jié)果可以看出,中職教師職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃并不是中職教師個(gè)人就能完成的,他不僅需要學(xué)校為教師提供幫助和指導(dǎo),還需要社會(huì)為中職教師的職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃提供準(zhǔn)確的定位和良好的環(huán)境。只有三方面共同努力,才能使中職教師的職業(yè)發(fā)展目標(biāo)與中職學(xué)校的發(fā)展目標(biāo)相吻合,增強(qiáng)中職教師對自身職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃和管理意識(shí),更好的促進(jìn)中職教育的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of socialist economy, the state has gradually realized the importance of secondary vocational education. With the rapid development of the economy and the continuous progress of the society, the demand for high quality secondary vocational and technical talents is constantly increasing. Need to have a professional theoretical knowledge and skilled operational skills of secondary vocational teachers. At present, the vocational development of secondary vocational teachers is not smooth. The vocational teachers do not have a complete career planning and lack of career goals in the process of career development, which not only affects the career development of secondary vocational teachers. It is not conducive to the development of secondary vocational education. This paper investigates the career planning of secondary vocational school teachers in the form of questionnaire survey, interview and so on, which are combined with literature and comparative methods. To understand the problems existing in the vocational school teachers' career planning, analyze the subjective and objective reasons of the problems, and put forward suggestions and countermeasures to solve the problems, so as to enhance the teachers' awareness of their own career planning and management. To provide effective suggestions for the management of teachers in secondary vocational schools. It can be seen from the results of the research that the vocational school teachers' career planning is not a task that can be completed by the secondary vocational school teachers themselves. He not only needs the help and guidance of the school for the teachers. It also needs the society to provide accurate orientation and good environment for the vocational teachers' career planning. Only the joint efforts of three aspects can make the vocational development goal of the secondary vocational school coincide with the development goal of the secondary vocational school, enhance the vocational school teachers' awareness of their own career planning and management, and better promote the development of the secondary vocational education.
