【摘要】:目前,不少市州、區(qū)縣對中職學(xué)校教育質(zhì)量評價(jià)還處在起步階段,即使作為省級教育行政部門和科研機(jī)構(gòu)也鮮有統(tǒng)一的評價(jià)方案。評價(jià)是促進(jìn)教育質(zhì)量提高的一個(gè)有效手段。對職業(yè)教育進(jìn)行評價(jià)研究,建立質(zhì)量評價(jià)體系,既是職業(yè)教育自身發(fā)展的客觀需要,也是豐富教育評價(jià)學(xué)理論的需要。本人從事職業(yè)教育多年,結(jié)合個(gè)人對職業(yè)教育的認(rèn)識和理解,綜合采用行動(dòng)研究法、調(diào)查研究法、文獻(xiàn)研究法,對以就業(yè)為導(dǎo)向中等職業(yè)教育教學(xué)質(zhì)量評價(jià)體系進(jìn)行研究,旨在為全省或省域職業(yè)教育評價(jià)提供范式,樹立全面的職業(yè)教育質(zhì)量觀,構(gòu)建符合中等職業(yè)教育實(shí)際、提高學(xué)生綜合職業(yè)能力的實(shí)踐教學(xué)監(jiān)控與評價(jià)體系,指導(dǎo)中等職業(yè)學(xué)校進(jìn)行教學(xué)質(zhì)量評價(jià),促進(jìn)職業(yè)學(xué)校圍繞就業(yè)這一核心目標(biāo)確定培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)、設(shè)置專業(yè)、組織教學(xué)、加強(qiáng)教師隊(duì)伍建設(shè)、建設(shè)實(shí)習(xí)實(shí)訓(xùn)基地,同時(shí)也通過對教師教學(xué)質(zhì)量進(jìn)行評價(jià),激發(fā)教師工作積極性,全面提高中等職業(yè)學(xué)校教學(xué)質(zhì)量。 本文試圖從實(shí)證研究的角度,通過調(diào)研,在了解我省中等職業(yè)學(xué)校教育教學(xué)質(zhì)量評價(jià)現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,分析構(gòu)建以就業(yè)為導(dǎo)向的中等職業(yè)教育質(zhì)量評價(jià)體系的重要意義,并就如何構(gòu)建以就業(yè)為導(dǎo)向的中等職業(yè)教育質(zhì)量評價(jià)體系提出了自己的看法,同時(shí)從評價(jià)體系框架設(shè)計(jì)的原則、評價(jià)主體的確定、評價(jià)要素的構(gòu)成和評價(jià)權(quán)重等方面著手研究,將政府(教育行政部門)、用人單位和第三方作為評價(jià)主體,引入評價(jià)系統(tǒng),對中等職業(yè)教育顯性的教學(xué)質(zhì)量進(jìn)行評價(jià),改變過去單純以教育行政部門作為評價(jià)主體的現(xiàn)狀,初步構(gòu)建以就業(yè)工作作為評價(jià)核心指標(biāo),基本體現(xiàn)當(dāng)前中等職業(yè)教育特點(diǎn)的教學(xué)質(zhì)量評價(jià)體系,同時(shí),提出要做好以就業(yè)為導(dǎo)向的中等職業(yè)教育質(zhì)量評價(jià)的組織與實(shí)施工作和提高中等職業(yè)教育教學(xué)質(zhì)量的具體措施,確保中等職業(yè)教育教學(xué)質(zhì)量提高。
[Abstract]:At present, the evaluation of secondary vocational school education quality in many cities, districts and counties is still in its infancy, even as a provincial educational administrative department and scientific research institution, there is seldom a unified evaluation scheme. Evaluation is an effective means to improve the quality of education. The evaluation of vocational education and the establishment of a quality evaluation system are not only the objective needs of the development of vocational education itself, but also the need to enrich the theory of educational evaluation. I have been engaged in vocational education for many years, combined with personal knowledge and understanding of vocational education, comprehensive use of action research, investigation and research, literature research, employment-oriented secondary vocational education teaching quality evaluation system research, The purpose of this paper is to provide a paradigm for the evaluation of vocational education in the province or province, to set up a comprehensive quality view of vocational education, to establish a practical teaching monitoring and evaluation system that accords with the reality of secondary vocational education and improves students' comprehensive vocational ability. To guide secondary vocational schools to evaluate teaching quality, to promote vocational schools to set training objectives around the core goal of employment, to set up specialties, to organize teaching, to strengthen the construction of teachers, and to build practice training bases. At the same time, through the evaluation of teachers' teaching quality, it can stimulate teachers' enthusiasm and improve the teaching quality of secondary vocational schools. This paper attempts to analyze the significance of establishing a employment-oriented evaluation system of secondary vocational education quality from the perspective of empirical research and on the basis of understanding the current situation of teaching quality evaluation in secondary vocational schools in our province. At the same time, the author puts forward his own views on how to construct the employment-oriented evaluation system of secondary vocational education quality. At the same time, it studies the principles of the framework design of the evaluation system, the determination of the evaluation subject, the composition of the evaluation elements and the evaluation weight, and so on. The government (educational administrative department), employing unit and third party are introduced into the evaluation system to evaluate the dominant teaching quality of secondary vocational education. At the same time, a teaching quality evaluation system, which regards employment as the core index and embodies the characteristics of secondary vocational education, is preliminarily constructed. This paper puts forward some concrete measures to improve the quality of secondary vocational education and ensure the improvement of the quality of secondary vocational education.
