【摘要】：高職院校專升本制度是時代的產(chǎn)物,主要表現(xiàn)在高職院校專升本制度符合國家提出的終身學(xué)習(xí)理念,高職院校專升本制度是我國社會快速發(fā)展及教育結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整的需要。文章分析了高職院校實(shí)施專升本制度的問題,包括高職院校的正常教學(xué)及管理秩序受到一定的影響、高職院校專升本制度在知識結(jié)構(gòu)銜接上不暢通等,提出了高職院校實(shí)施專升本制度的改進(jìn)措施:建立一套與時俱進(jìn)的、科學(xué)的專升本疏導(dǎo)機(jī)制;發(fā)揮專升本制度的激勵作用;完善專升本選拔方式,保證公平、公正、公開,發(fā)揮有利的導(dǎo)向作用;認(rèn)真組織考試,保證專升本考試組織過程的人性化等。
[Abstract]:The institution of higher vocational colleges is the product of the times, which is mainly reflected in the fact that the system of higher vocational colleges is in line with the concept of lifelong learning put forward by the state. The system of higher vocational colleges' promotion is the need of the rapid development of our society and the adjustment of educational structure. This paper analyzes the problems of implementing the system of higher vocational colleges, including the influence on the normal teaching and management order of higher vocational colleges, the lack of smooth connection of knowledge structure in the system of higher vocational colleges and universities, and so on. This paper puts forward some measures to improve the system of higher vocational colleges: to establish a set of scientific mechanism of guidance for higher vocational colleges, to give full play to the incentive role of the system, to perfect the way of selecting higher education, to ensure fairness, justice and openness, Give play to the role of guidance; seriously organize the examination, to ensure that the organization of the examination process of humanization.
