【摘要】：近年來,大陸地區(qū)通過實踐探索,初步形成了以訂單式、工學(xué)交替、校校企聯(lián)合等多種產(chǎn)學(xué)合作人才培養(yǎng)模式,為推進大陸地區(qū)職業(yè)教育發(fā)展和人才培養(yǎng)模式改革打下良好基礎(chǔ)。但是,與臺灣高等技職教育相比特別是在法律制度建設(shè)、運行機制的完善及師資力量方面,還有待完善。因此,合理借鑒臺灣地區(qū)在高等技職教育方面辦學(xué)的成功經(jīng)驗,對于大陸地區(qū)職業(yè)教育發(fā)展具有舉足輕重的作用。
[Abstract]:In recent years, through practical exploration, the mainland region has initially formed a variety of industrial and academic cooperation personnel training models, such as ordering, alternating work and learning, and unifying schools and enterprises. It will lay a good foundation for promoting the development of vocational education and the reform of talent training mode in mainland China. However, compared with Taiwan's higher technical and vocational education, especially in the construction of legal system, the improvement of operation mechanism and teachers' strength, it still needs to be improved. Therefore, it is very important for the development of vocational education in mainland China to learn from the successful experience of higher technical and vocational education in Taiwan.
