【摘要】：農(nóng)業(yè)是全面建成小康社會(huì)和實(shí)現(xiàn)現(xiàn)代化的基礎(chǔ),農(nóng)民是實(shí)現(xiàn)農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化的重要人才保障,必須構(gòu)建現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)職業(yè)教育與培訓(xùn)體系培養(yǎng)新型農(nóng)民。本文基于雙邊合作的視角,首先系統(tǒng)性地剖析了德國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)職業(yè)教育與培訓(xùn)體系的發(fā)展經(jīng)驗(yàn),其次對(duì)比分析了中德兩國(guó)在農(nóng)業(yè)職業(yè)教育與培訓(xùn)的異同點(diǎn),指出中國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)職業(yè)教育與培訓(xùn)體系存在的問題,最后提出了構(gòu)建中國(guó)特色現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)職業(yè)教育與培訓(xùn)體系的政策建議。本文旨在更好地發(fā)揮中德農(nóng)業(yè)中心的雙邊合作機(jī)制作用,促進(jìn)中國(guó)特色現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)職業(yè)教育與培訓(xùn)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Agriculture is the foundation of building a well-off society and realizing modernization in an all-round way. Farmers are the important talents guarantee to realize agricultural modernization. It is necessary to construct a modern agricultural vocational education and training system to train new farmers. Based on the perspective of bilateral cooperation, this paper systematically analyzes the development experience of agricultural vocational education and training system in Germany, and then compares the similarities and differences between China and Germany in agricultural vocational education and training. The problems of the agricultural vocational education and training system in China are pointed out. Finally, the policy suggestions on the construction of the modern agricultural vocational education and training system with Chinese characteristics are put forward. The purpose of this paper is to give full play to the role of bilateral cooperation mechanism of Sino-German agricultural center and to promote the development of modern agricultural vocational education and training with Chinese characteristics.
