【摘要】：全國職業(yè)院校技能大賽由教育部發(fā)起,其中西餐宴會服務賽項已歷經(jīng)2013年、2015年、2016年三屆賽事,西餐宴會服務賽項成果轉(zhuǎn)化2015版為參賽師生提供了較大的幫助。作為帶隊指導三次參賽的專業(yè)教師,洞悉大賽性質(zhì)與目的、領(lǐng)悟賽項設置與參賽的必要性、總結(jié)分析地方高職院校(泛指各省直轄市自治區(qū)酒店管理類專業(yè)建設非重點院校)參賽實踐,有助于提升院校專業(yè)建設及學生發(fā)展水平,有助于強化以賽促學、以賽促教的思考,有助于同一類型和水平的院校同行的交流切磋。
[Abstract]:The National Vocational College skills Competition was sponsored by the Ministry of Education, in which the Western meal banquet service competition has passed through the 2013, 2015, 2016 three games, the Western meal banquet service competition results into 2015 version for the participation of teachers and students to provide greater help. As a professional teacher who leads the team to guide the three entries, he understands the nature and purpose of the competition, and understands the necessity of setting up the competition items and participating in the competition. Summing up and analyzing the participation practice of local higher vocational colleges (generally referring to the non-key colleges of hotel management specialty construction of provinces and municipalities directly under the Central Government), it is helpful to improve the professional construction of colleges and universities and the level of students' development, and to strengthen the promotion of learning through competition. The thinking of promoting education by competition is helpful to the exchange of peers of the same type and level.
