高職沙盤模擬教學(xué)系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計與分析

【摘要】:高職院校是國家培養(yǎng)高素質(zhì)人才的重要基地,是國家高等教育的重要組成部分。近年來,高職院校經(jīng)濟(jì)管理類特別是會計專業(yè)的學(xué)生越來越難以了解企業(yè)的實(shí)際環(huán)境,缺少鍛煉自己和實(shí)際參與工作的機(jī)會;由于現(xiàn)實(shí)會計崗位的受限性,會計專業(yè)學(xué)生的頂崗實(shí)習(xí)難度很大,因此開發(fā)模擬企業(yè)經(jīng)營管理課程的教學(xué)工具運(yùn)用而生?紤]到EXCEL在處理財務(wù)會計中表現(xiàn)出的強(qiáng)大功能以及EXCEL軟件應(yīng)用的普遍性和易操作性,可以利用EXCEL軟件自行設(shè)計實(shí)用的沙盤模擬教學(xué)管理實(shí)驗(yàn)系統(tǒng)。高職院校的ERP沙盤模擬教學(xué)系統(tǒng)能較好的幫助學(xué)生初步理解企業(yè)的經(jīng)營運(yùn)作、企業(yè)的競爭力、以及企業(yè)資源的有限性,感受企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略和關(guān)鍵成功因素,學(xué)習(xí)用戰(zhàn)略眼光來解決問題及做出有效的資源規(guī)劃及決策的方法;幫助學(xué)生提高商務(wù)技巧,提高理解、支持一個企業(yè)既定的戰(zhàn)略決策,共同致力于企業(yè)生產(chǎn)力和利潤提高的能力。 本文首先討論了高職沙盤教學(xué)管理系統(tǒng)的研究背景、現(xiàn)狀和發(fā)展趨勢,分析了沙盤教學(xué)管理系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用目的和意義。然后,通過對比分析了電子表格EXCEL和VBA結(jié)構(gòu)的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn),并且針對高等職業(yè)教育的個性要求,在分析沙盤教學(xué)管理體系和業(yè)務(wù)流程及需求分析的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了基于EXCEL作為開發(fā)平臺,充分發(fā)揮了EXCEL及VBA程序體系結(jié)構(gòu)的優(yōu)勢,,應(yīng)用EXCEL的所有現(xiàn)有功能及VBA程序設(shè)計語言來進(jìn)行的沙盤教學(xué)管理系統(tǒng)體系結(jié)構(gòu)和設(shè)計方案。并以某職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院沙盤教學(xué)管理系統(tǒng)為實(shí)例研究對象,根據(jù)沙盤教學(xué)管理系統(tǒng)設(shè)計目標(biāo),研究了高職沙盤教學(xué)管理的業(yè)務(wù)流程,進(jìn)行了沙盤教學(xué)管理系統(tǒng)的業(yè)務(wù)需求分析、用戶需求分析和功能需求分析,構(gòu)建了高職沙盤教學(xué)管理系統(tǒng)的結(jié)構(gòu)模型、關(guān)系模型和用例模型,并對沙盤管理系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了總體設(shè)計、功能設(shè)計、數(shù)據(jù)庫設(shè)計和詳細(xì)設(shè)計。 “ERP沙盤模擬”教學(xué)是一種較為新穎的體驗(yàn)式教學(xué)方式。本文通過EXCEL設(shè)計沙盤教學(xué)管理系統(tǒng),通過這個課程設(shè)計,讓我們更深層次地了解了EXCEL在財務(wù)中重要的作用,也學(xué)會了如何使用EXCEL來處理各種經(jīng)濟(jì)管理問題和財務(wù)問題來滿足我們的需要。通過沙盤實(shí)踐教學(xué)可以使學(xué)生在綜合知識運(yùn)用的能力、資金利用的意識、企業(yè)組織、管理和決策能力、團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神方面得到提升,從而提高學(xué)生的創(chuàng)業(yè)成功率。
[Abstract]:Higher vocational colleges are an important base for the training of high-quality talents and an important part of national higher education. In recent years, it is more and more difficult for the students of economics and management, especially accounting major in higher vocational colleges, to understand the actual environment of the enterprise and lack the opportunity to exercise themselves and participate in the actual work. It is very difficult for accounting students to practice on the job, so it is difficult to develop teaching tools to simulate the course of enterprise management. Considering the powerful function of excel in dealing with financial accounting and the universality and ease of application of excel software, we can use excel software to design a practical sand table simulation teaching management experiment system. The ERP sand table simulation teaching system in higher vocational colleges can help students to understand the management and operation of the enterprise, the competitiveness of the enterprise, the limitation of the enterprise resources, the strategy of the enterprise and the key factors of success. Learn strategic approaches to problem solving and effective resource planning and decision making; help students improve their business skills, understanding, and support an enterprise's established strategic decisions. Firstly, this paper discusses the research background, present situation and development trend of the sand table teaching management system in higher vocational education, and analyzes the application purpose and significance of the sand table teaching management system. Then, by comparing and analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of excel and VBA structure, and according to the individual requirements of higher vocational education, the paper analyzes the sand table teaching management system, business process and demand analysis. This paper puts forward a sand table teaching management system architecture and design scheme based on excel as the development platform, which gives full play to the advantages of excel and VBA program architecture, and applies all existing functions of excel and VBA programming language to develop the sand table teaching management system. Taking the sand table teaching management system of a vocational and technical college as an example, according to the design goal of the sand table teaching management system, the business process of the higher vocational sand table teaching management system is studied, and the business demand analysis of the sand table teaching management system is carried out. The structure model, relation model and use case model of the sand table teaching management system in higher vocational education are constructed, and the overall design and function design of the sand table management system are carried out. Database design and detailed design. ERP sand table simulation teaching is a relatively novel experiential teaching method. This article designs the sand table teaching management system through excel, through this curriculum design, let us have a deeper understanding of excel in the important role of finance, Also learned how to use excel to deal with a variety of economic management and financial problems to meet our needs. Through sand table practice teaching, students' ability of comprehensive knowledge application, awareness of capital utilization, enterprise organization, management and decision making ability, and team cooperation spirit can be improved, thus improving students' success rate of entrepreneurship.
