中職學(xué)生責(zé)任感現(xiàn)狀及教育對策研究

【摘要】:中等職業(yè)學(xué)校是我國現(xiàn)代職業(yè)教育體系的重要組成部分,是國民經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會發(fā)展的重要基礎(chǔ),對培養(yǎng)高素質(zhì)的勞動者和實(shí)用型人才具有十分重要的作用。在國家大力發(fā)展職業(yè)教育,加快人力資源開發(fā)的今天,中等職業(yè)教育面臨著前所未有的發(fā)展機(jī)遇。 然而,,由于高等教育的擴(kuò)招,高中教育普及化呈加速發(fā)展趨勢,使得原本就在縫隙中謀求生存與發(fā)展的中等職業(yè)學(xué)校面臨更加嚴(yán)峻的考驗(yàn)和挑戰(zhàn),生源的數(shù)量和質(zhì)量成為制約學(xué)校發(fā)展的最大瓶頸。相當(dāng)一部分成績差的、缺乏責(zé)任感的學(xué)生甚至道德品質(zhì)有問題的學(xué)生涌入中等職業(yè)學(xué)校,導(dǎo)致學(xué)校德育及學(xué)生管理工作舉步維艱。責(zé)任感教育是中等職業(yè)學(xué)校德育教育重要的一部分。對中職學(xué)生進(jìn)行責(zé)任感的培養(yǎng),是實(shí)現(xiàn)中職學(xué)生自我完善與發(fā)展的需要,是完善社會主義市場經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展所需要的道德意識的需要,是造就社會主義和諧社會重要力量的需要。由于當(dāng)前社會大環(huán)境的復(fù)雜性、學(xué)校教育的偏頗以及家庭教育的缺陷等種種原因,導(dǎo)致部分中職學(xué)生的責(zé)任感淡薄,履行責(zé)任能力差。因而教育和引導(dǎo)中職學(xué)生要有自覺的責(zé)任意識和責(zé)任能力,悟人類傳統(tǒng)道德精神,影響和輻射社會公眾,是中職學(xué)校責(zé)無旁貸的使命。 本研究從當(dāng)前中職學(xué)生的責(zé)任感的現(xiàn)狀、責(zé)任感弱化的形成原因出發(fā),借鑒國內(nèi)外責(zé)任感教育的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn),探索新形勢下提升中等職業(yè)學(xué)校學(xué)生責(zé)任感的對策和建議,為進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)學(xué)校德育工作,培養(yǎng)適應(yīng)新世紀(jì)社會發(fā)展要求的人才作了有益探索。
[Abstract]:The secondary vocational school is an important part of the modern vocational education system of our country, is the important foundation of the national economy and social development, and plays a very important role in training high-quality laborers and practical talents. At a time when the country is vigorously developing vocational education and speeding up the development of human resources, secondary vocational education is facing unprecedented opportunities for development. However, due to the expansion of higher education, the popularization of high school education is accelerating. The secondary vocational schools, which have been seeking survival and development in the gap, are faced with more severe tests and challenges, and the quantity and quality of students become the biggest bottleneck restricting the development of the schools. A large number of students with poor performance and lack of sense of responsibility and even students with moral quality problems are flocking to secondary vocational schools, which leads to difficulties in moral education and student management in schools. Responsibility education is an important part of moral education in secondary vocational schools. To cultivate the sense of responsibility of the secondary vocational school students is the need to realize the self-improvement and development of the secondary vocational school students, the need to perfect the moral consciousness needed for the development of the socialist market economy, and the need to bring up the important force of the socialist harmonious society. Due to the complexity of the current social environment, the bias of school education and the defects of family education, some secondary vocational school students have a weak sense of responsibility and poor ability to perform responsibility. Therefore, it is the duty of the secondary vocational school to educate and guide the secondary vocational school students to have a conscious sense of responsibility and ability of responsibility, to understand the traditional moral spirit of mankind, to influence and radiate the public, is the duty of the secondary vocational school. Starting from the forming reasons of weakening sense of responsibility, drawing lessons from the successful experience of the education of responsibility at home and abroad, this paper explores the countermeasures and suggestions to enhance the sense of responsibility of students in secondary vocational schools under the new situation, in order to further strengthen the work of moral education in schools. The cultivation of talents to meet the needs of social development in the new century has made beneficial exploration.
