【摘要】:中高職貫通是職業(yè)教育改革的重要探索方向。順應(yīng)農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)、人才成長(zhǎng)規(guī)律是中高職貫通構(gòu)建農(nóng)業(yè)職教體系、實(shí)現(xiàn)農(nóng)業(yè)人才可持續(xù)發(fā)展的必然要求。實(shí)踐中必須要通過(guò)確立分類(lèi)定位的人才培養(yǎng)規(guī)格、構(gòu)建縱向延伸的農(nóng)業(yè)類(lèi)專(zhuān)業(yè)課程鏈、組建協(xié)同創(chuàng)新的實(shí)踐育人平臺(tái)、健全雙線(xiàn)管理的教學(xué)質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)機(jī)制等具體路徑,來(lái)推動(dòng)江蘇農(nóng)業(yè)高素質(zhì)技術(shù)技能人才的系統(tǒng)培養(yǎng)。
[Abstract]:It is an important exploration direction of vocational education reform to pass through the middle and higher vocational education. In accordance with the upgrading of agricultural industrial structure, the law of talent growth is the inevitable requirement for the construction of agricultural vocational education system and the realization of sustainable development of agricultural talents in middle and higher vocational colleges. In practice, it is necessary to establish the personnel training specification of classification and orientation, to construct the longitudinal extension of agricultural specialty curriculum chain, to set up a practical and educational platform for collaborative innovation, and to perfect the teaching quality evaluation mechanism of double-line management, and so on. To promote Jiangsu agricultural high-quality technical skills personnel system training.
