【摘要】：職業(yè)院校學(xué)生技能抽查制度是當(dāng)前職業(yè)教育質(zhì)量保障的有效舉措,隨機(jī)抽查測(cè)試學(xué)生的職業(yè)技能,評(píng)價(jià)學(xué)校培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量與辦學(xué)水平,起到了監(jiān)控職業(yè)教育質(zhì)量的"兜底"功能。通過反思學(xué)生技能抽查制度的系統(tǒng)性、功能、適應(yīng)性、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)權(quán)威性以及抽查結(jié)果運(yùn)用存在的問題,從樹立科學(xué)的職業(yè)教育質(zhì)量觀,平衡卓越與公平之間的關(guān)系,提高技能抽測(cè)技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)開發(fā)水平,完善技能測(cè)評(píng)體系,科學(xué)利用技能抽查制度等方面改進(jìn)職業(yè)院校學(xué)生技能抽查制度。
[Abstract]:The system of student skill spot check in vocational colleges is an effective measure to guarantee the quality of vocational education at present. Random spot check and test students' vocational skills, evaluate the quality of school training and the level of running a school, have played the "bottom line" function of monitoring the quality of vocational education. Through the reflection on the system of student skill spot check, such as systematization, function, adaptability, standard authority and the problems existing in the application of spot check result, this paper sets up a scientific view of vocational education quality, and balances the relationship between excellence and fairness. To improve the technical standard development level of skill pumping, perfect the system of skill evaluation, and improve the system of students' skill spot check in vocational colleges and universities.
