【摘要】:農(nóng)村職業(yè)教育對農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)社會的長遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展意義重大,對“三農(nóng)”問題的解決、統(tǒng)籌城鄉(xiāng)發(fā)展改革都具有重要作用。本研究以粵東北地區(qū)農(nóng)村職業(yè)教育為研究對象,通過對粵東北地區(qū)農(nóng)村職業(yè)教育進(jìn)行調(diào)查,,勾畫出粵東北地區(qū)農(nóng)村職業(yè)教育的現(xiàn)狀。 本文主要采用文獻(xiàn)資料法、調(diào)查訪問法、案例分析法,遵循“提出問題—分析問題—解決問題”思路展開研究。通過問卷調(diào)查發(fā)現(xiàn)粵東北地區(qū)農(nóng)村職業(yè)教育發(fā)展存在的問題主要有:教學(xué)經(jīng)費(fèi)短缺、生源匱乏和學(xué)生素質(zhì)偏低、教師隊(duì)伍學(xué)歷水平不高、專業(yè)建設(shè)落后經(jīng)濟(jì)社會發(fā)展等。導(dǎo)致上述問題的根本原因在于,傳統(tǒng)辦學(xué)理念落后、教育政策脫離實(shí)際辦學(xué)情況與辦學(xué)資源來源有限、城鄉(xiāng)二元經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)等宏觀環(huán)境影響,也有諸如專業(yè)建設(shè)方針不對,教師隊(duì)伍資質(zhì)偏低以及經(jīng)費(fèi)投入嚴(yán)重短缺等學(xué)校自身存在的問題限制。 經(jīng)過深入分析,本文提出了有益于扭轉(zhuǎn)當(dāng)前粵東北地區(qū)農(nóng)村職業(yè)教育不利局面的建議:轉(zhuǎn)變工作思路,重新認(rèn)識農(nóng)村職業(yè)教育的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義;加強(qiáng)政府扶持力度,增加財(cái)政支出;政府要與學(xué)校密切合作,制定招生工作方案;要針對現(xiàn)有教師隊(duì)伍進(jìn)行職業(yè)教育,提高他們的教學(xué)質(zhì)量;要突出專業(yè)特色,提高專業(yè)建設(shè)水平;要樹立職業(yè)教育導(dǎo)向,提高畢業(yè)生就業(yè)率。通過實(shí)行上述一系列措施不斷提高粵東北農(nóng)村職業(yè)教育辦學(xué)水平和質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:Rural vocational education is of great significance to the long-term development of rural economy and society, and plays an important role in solving the problems of "agriculture, countryside and farmers" and coordinating the reform of urban and rural development. This study takes rural vocational education in Northeast Guangdong as the research object, through the investigation of rural vocational education in Northeast Guangdong, outlines the status quo of rural vocational education in Northeast Guangdong. This article mainly adopts the literature method, the investigation interview method, the case analysis method, follows "raises the question-the analysis question-solves the problem" the train of thought to launch the research. The main problems in the development of rural vocational education in Northeast Guangdong are: shortage of teaching funds, shortage of students, low quality of students, low educational level of teachers, backward economic and social development of professional construction and so on. The root causes of the above problems are that the traditional idea of running a school is backward, the educational policy is divorced from the actual situation of running a school and the source of resources for running a school is limited, the dual economic structure of urban and rural areas and other macro environmental influences, and some such as the policy of professional construction are wrong. The teachers' qualification is on the low side, and the shortage of funds is serious, and so on. Through in-depth analysis, this paper puts forward some suggestions that are beneficial to reversing the unfavorable situation of rural vocational education in Northeast Guangdong at present: changing the working ideas, re-recognizing the practical significance of rural vocational education, strengthening government support and increasing financial expenditure; The government should work closely with schools to draw up enrollment plans; carry out vocational education aimed at the existing contingent of teachers to improve their teaching quality; highlight their professional characteristics and raise the level of professional construction; and establish a vocational education orientation. Increase the employment rate of graduates. Through the implementation of a series of measures to continuously improve the level and quality of rural vocational education in northeast Guangdong.
