【摘要】：在城市軌道交通快速發(fā)展的社會(huì)環(huán)境下,我國(guó)各大中高職院校,也相繼開設(shè)了城市軌道交通專業(yè)。廣州市輕工技師學(xué)院深入開展市場(chǎng)調(diào)研,在城市軌道交通運(yùn)輸與管理專業(yè)建設(shè)中,探索出"課堂教學(xué)+崗位實(shí)踐+興趣培養(yǎng)+志愿服務(wù)"為一體的"四提升工程"人才培養(yǎng)模式。本文對(duì)此專業(yè)建設(shè)模式進(jìn)行了探討,并立足實(shí)踐對(duì)專業(yè)發(fā)展進(jìn)行了一些思考。
[Abstract]:Under the social environment of rapid development of urban rail transit, the major of urban rail transit has been set up one after another in each higher vocational college of our country. Guangzhou Light Industry technician College carries out in-depth market research in the construction of urban rail transit and management major, This paper explores the "four promotion projects" personnel training model of "interest cultivation and voluntary service in classroom teaching post practice". This paper probes into the mode of specialty construction, and gives some thoughts on professional development based on practice.
