【摘要】：思想政治教育是我國高等職業(yè)教育中不可或缺的一個重要環(huán)節(jié),它關系著高職院校教育目標的實現(xiàn)。隨著黑龍江省政府“八大經(jīng)濟區(qū)”和“十大工程”的提出,黑龍江省高等職業(yè)教育在快速發(fā)展的同時也面臨著新的挑戰(zhàn)。許多高職院校都是由原來的中專、技工學校組建而成,其思想政治教育工作還沒有完全適應升格要求。同時,高職學生的思想政治狀況也存在著一些實際問題,不容樂觀,加強黑龍江省高職院校學生思想政治教育工作已不容忽視。本文就是在這樣的前提下展開論述的。 本文共分四部分。第一部分緒論是對論文的研究背景、研究目的和研究意義、國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀及成果、撰寫本文所采用的研究方法和本文的創(chuàng)新之處進行了闡述;第二部分是對高等職業(yè)教育和本文所研究的高職院校的相關概念進行了界定,同時,闡述了促進人的全面發(fā)展是高職院校學生思想政治教育的目標和以人為本是高職院校學生思想政治教育工作的著力點,并分析了加強高職院校學生思想政治教育工作的必要性：第三部分闡述了黑龍江省高職院校的現(xiàn)狀和學生的特點以及目前黑龍江省高職院校學生思想政治教育工作所取得的成績,同時也提出了其存在的問題；第四部分探討了解決黑龍江省高職院校學生思想政治教育工作存在問題的途徑和策略,旨在進一步提高黑龍江省高職院校學生思想政治教育工作的實際效果。 本文認為,要想使黑龍江省高職院校學生的思想政治教育工作落到實處并發(fā)揮有效作用,就要提升對高職院校思想政治教育觀念的認識,加強高職院校學生思想政治教育工作者的隊伍建設；創(chuàng)新高職院校學生思想政治教育教學方法；增強高職院校學生思想政治教育內(nèi)容的針對性；完善高職院校學生思想政治教育的育人環(huán)境。這其中需要針對黑龍江省高職學生特點,堅持以人為本、加強人文關懷,集社會、家庭和學校合力對高職學生進行思想政治教育,才能實現(xiàn)教育目標。
[Abstract]:Ideological and political education is an indispensable link in higher vocational education in our country, which is related to the realization of the goal of higher vocational education. With the proposal of "eight Economic zones" and "Ten projects" by Heilongjiang Provincial Government, higher vocational education in Heilongjiang Province is facing new challenges while developing rapidly. Many higher vocational colleges are formed by the original technical secondary schools and technical schools, and their ideological and political education work has not fully adapted to the requirements of upgrading. At the same time, there are some practical problems in the ideological and political situation of higher vocational students, which is not optimistic, so it can not be ignored to strengthen the ideological and political education of students in higher vocational colleges in Heilongjiang Province. This article is in such a premise to start the discussion. This paper is divided into four parts. The first part of the introduction is to the research background, research purpose and research significance, domestic and foreign research status and achievements, writing this article used research methods and the innovation of this paper are described. The second part is the definition of higher vocational education and the related concepts of higher vocational colleges studied in this paper, at the same time, This paper expounds that promoting the all-round development of people is the goal of ideological and political education for students in higher vocational colleges and that people-oriented is the focus of ideological and political education for students in higher vocational colleges. It also analyzes the necessity of strengthening the ideological and political education of students in higher vocational colleges: the third part expounds the present situation and characteristics of students in higher vocational colleges in Heilongjiang Province and the ideological and political education work of students in higher vocational colleges in Heilongjiang Province at present. For what has been achieved, The fourth part discusses the ways and strategies to solve the problems in the ideological and political education of higher vocational college students in Heilongjiang Province. The aim is to further improve the practical effect of ideological and political education for students in higher vocational colleges in Heilongjiang province. This paper holds that in order to carry out the ideological and political education work of the students of higher vocational colleges in Heilongjiang Province and play an effective role, it is necessary to enhance the understanding of the concept of ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges. Strengthening the team construction of students' ideological and political education workers in higher vocational colleges, innovating the teaching methods of students' ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges, strengthening the pertinence of students' ideological and political education contents in higher vocational colleges and universities; Improve the educational environment of ideological and political education for students in higher vocational colleges. In order to realize the goal of higher vocational education, we should aim at the characteristics of higher vocational students in Heilongjiang Province, insist on people-oriented, strengthen humanistic care, collect society, and combine family and school to carry out ideological and political education for higher vocational students.
