【摘要】：承擔(dān)技術(shù)技能積累作用,要求高職院校人才培養(yǎng)和技術(shù)服務(wù)并舉,教師的素質(zhì)與能力無疑是重中之重,文章以專業(yè)素質(zhì)為切入點(diǎn),從專業(yè)知識、專業(yè)能力和專業(yè)倫理三個(gè)維度分析在技術(shù)技能積累視域下教師專業(yè)素質(zhì)的作用與培養(yǎng)途徑,為高職院校創(chuàng)新發(fā)展提供師資保障。
[Abstract]:Assuming the role of technical skills accumulation, it is necessary for higher vocational colleges to develop talents and technical services simultaneously. The quality and ability of teachers are undoubtedly the most important. The article takes the professional quality as the starting point and starts from the professional knowledge. This paper analyzes the function and training way of teachers' professional quality in the perspective of technical skill accumulation from the three dimensions of professional ability and professional ethics, and provides teachers' guarantee for the innovation and development of higher vocational colleges.
