高職教育多元化辦學機制研究

【摘要】:我國高職教育發(fā)端于20世紀80年代初的教育體制改革,歷經(jīng)20多年的發(fā)展,尤其是近十多年的跨越式發(fā)展,已經(jīng)成為我國高等教育的半壁江山,并推動了我國高等教育大眾化進程,為提高全民素質(zhì)做出了重要貢獻。隨著我國教育體制改革的深入及高職教育的迅速發(fā)展,高職教育傳統(tǒng)的單一辦學機制已束縛和制約了高職教育的健康發(fā)展,因此,高職教育辦學機制向多元化轉型已迫在眉睫。 本文主要對高職教育多元化辦學機制進行了系統(tǒng)研究。長期以來,,我國高職教育主要表現(xiàn)為單一化辦學機制,如今已面臨嚴峻的挑戰(zhàn),必須向多元化辦學機制轉型。實現(xiàn)這種轉型,有利于改善辦學環(huán)境、優(yōu)化辦學資源、提高辦學效益。我國高職教育經(jīng)歷了三十余年的發(fā)展歷程,雖然取得了一些成效,形成了較為完整的職業(yè)教育體系,但也暴露出目標定位不準確、辦學層次急于求高、辦學規(guī)模盲目求大等實際問題,究其原因主要與辦學體制、傳統(tǒng)理念、制度慣性、辦學基礎等密切相關。從長遠來看,必要完善高職教育多元化辦學機制,一方面要加強高職教育多元化定位,注重人才培養(yǎng)目標、辦學理念、學生職業(yè)能力、專業(yè)設置及辦學主體等多元化定位;另一方面要完善高職教育多元化辦學機制的實施路徑,強化合理加強多元化辦學調(diào)控機制、有效拓展多元化辦學市場機制、逐步完善多元化辦學保障機制。 多元化辦學機制為高職教育走向成熟和持續(xù)繁榮提供了一個新的契機,但高職教育辦學機制多元化是一項系統(tǒng)工程,非一校一時所能完成。因此,如何正確理解和準備把握則需要更多的智慧的碰撞和實踐的檢驗。
[Abstract]:The reform of higher vocational education in China began in the early 1980s. After more than 20 years of development, especially the leapfrog development in the past ten years, higher vocational education has become half of the higher education in our country. It has promoted the popularization of higher education in China and made important contributions to the improvement of the quality of the whole people. With the deepening of educational system reform in our country and the rapid development of higher vocational education, the traditional single running mechanism of higher vocational education has bound and restricted the healthy development of higher vocational education. This article mainly carries on the systematic research to the higher vocational education diversification school running mechanism. For a long time, higher vocational education in our country has mainly manifested itself as a single mechanism of running a school, but now it is faced with a severe challenge and must be transformed into a diversified mechanism of running a school. The realization of this transformation is conducive to improving the school environment, optimizing school resources and increasing school efficiency. Higher vocational education in China has experienced more than 30 years of development. Although it has made some achievements and formed a relatively complete vocational education system, it also reveals that the orientation of the target is not accurate, and the level of running a school is eager to seek a higher level. The practical problems such as blind seeking for large scale of running a school are mainly related to the system of running a school, traditional idea, institutional inertia and the foundation of running a school. In the long run, it is necessary to perfect the diversified running mechanism of higher vocational education. On the one hand, it is necessary to strengthen the diversified orientation of higher vocational education, pay attention to the goal of talent training, the idea of running a school, the students' professional ability, the specialty setting and the main body of running a school. On the other hand, it is necessary to perfect the implementation path of diversified school-running mechanism in higher vocational education, strengthen and rationally strengthen the diversified school-running regulation mechanism, effectively expand the diversified school-running market mechanism, and gradually perfect the diversified school-running guarantee mechanism. The diversified running mechanism provides a new opportunity for the higher vocational education to become mature and continue to prosper. However, the diversification of the higher vocational education mechanism is a systematic project, which can not be completed by one school in a short time. Therefore, how to correctly understand and grasp needs more wisdom collision and practical test.
