高職院校校企合作動力機制研究

【摘要】:高等職業(yè)教育是我國高等教育的重要組成部分,大力發(fā)展高職教育是推動我國經(jīng)濟社會快速發(fā)展的必然要求。企業(yè)要參與國際競爭需要大批具有實踐經(jīng)驗的高技能應(yīng)用型人才。隨著企事業(yè)單位對高技能應(yīng)用型人才需求的增加,高職院校也在積極推進校企合作的人才培育模式,強化應(yīng)用型人才的培養(yǎng)。然而,現(xiàn)存的高職院校校企合作模式缺乏動力機制,使校企合作進行不暢,導致有些高職院校很難實現(xiàn)人才培養(yǎng)目標,從而無法滿足企業(yè)和社會對人才的需求。所以,本研究的目的在于探索高職院校校企合作的動力機制。 鑒于此,本論文以教育學、心理學、管理學的相關(guān)理論為依據(jù),以前人的研究成果為基礎(chǔ),采用文獻分析法、調(diào)查研究法、面對面的訪談法等多種研究方法,圍繞高職院校校企合作動力機制展開了深入研究。論文首先對機制、動力機制等相關(guān)概念進行了界定;接著論文對高職院校校企合作動力現(xiàn)狀進行了調(diào)查與分析,并指出了高職院校校企合作動力機制存在的問題:企業(yè)和高職院校參與校企合作的動力不足,政府對高職院校校企合作的支持力度不夠;然后,論文對影響高職院校校企合作動力機制的內(nèi)外部因素進行了全方位的分析;最后,提出了高職院校校企合作動力機制構(gòu)建的參考性對策和建議,主要包括以下六個方面:第一,完善政府導向機制;第二,建立校企雙方利益驅(qū)動機制;第三,建立校企雙方權(quán)責約束機制;第四,建立校企雙方利益保障機制;第五,建立校企雙方緊密型合作機制;第六,強化行業(yè)協(xié)會監(jiān)督協(xié)調(diào)服務(wù)機制。
[Abstract]:Higher vocational education is an important part of higher education in our country. It is necessary to develop higher vocational education to promote the rapid development of our country's economy and society. In order to participate in international competition, enterprises need a large number of high-skilled and practical talents with practical experience. With the increasing demand for high-skill applied talents in enterprises and institutions, higher vocational colleges are also actively promoting the talent training mode of school-enterprise cooperation and strengthening the cultivation of application-oriented talents. However, the existing school-enterprise cooperation mode in higher vocational colleges lacks of motive mechanism, which makes the cooperation between schools and enterprises not smooth, which results in some higher vocational colleges having difficulty in achieving the goal of talent training, thus unable to meet the needs of enterprises and society for talents. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to explore the dynamic mechanism of cooperation between higher vocational colleges and enterprises. In view of this, this paper is based on the relevant theories of education, psychology and management, and on the basis of previous research results, using literature analysis, investigation and research methods, face-to-face interviews and other research methods. Around the higher vocational colleges and universities-enterprise cooperation motive mechanism has launched the thorough research. Firstly, the paper defines the related concepts, such as mechanism, motive mechanism and so on. Then, the thesis investigates and analyzes the current situation of the cooperation motive force between colleges and enterprises in higher vocational colleges. It also points out the problems existing in the motive mechanism of school-enterprise cooperation in higher vocational colleges: the lack of motive force for enterprises and higher vocational colleges to participate in school-enterprise cooperation, the insufficient government support for school-enterprise cooperation in higher vocational colleges, and then the lack of government support for school-enterprise cooperation in higher vocational colleges. The paper has carried on the omni-directional analysis to the internal and external factors which affect the motive mechanism of the cooperation between the higher vocational colleges and universities and enterprises. Finally, it has put forward the reference countermeasures and suggestions for the construction of the motive mechanism of the cooperation between the colleges and enterprises in the higher vocational colleges, mainly including the following six aspects: first, To perfect the government-oriented mechanism; second, to establish a mechanism to drive the interests of both schools and enterprises; third, to establish a mechanism for binding the rights and responsibilities of both schools and enterprises; fourth, to establish a mechanism for safeguarding the interests of both schools and enterprises; fifthly, to establish a close cooperation mechanism between schools and enterprises; and sixth, to establish a mechanism for cooperation between the two sides. Strengthen the industry association supervision coordination service mechanism.
