國家示范高職“雙師型”教師隊(duì)伍建設(shè)制度創(chuàng)新

【摘要】:“雙師型”教師是高職院校師資隊(duì)伍的特色。建設(shè)一支“雙師型”教師隊(duì)伍成為提高職業(yè)教育質(zhì)量的關(guān)鍵。高職院校的師資質(zhì)量和數(shù)量伴隨著我國高職教育的發(fā)展,都得到了明顯的提高。高職院校的發(fā)展離不開教學(xué)水平好、專業(yè)技能高的“雙師型”教學(xué)隊(duì)伍做出的巨大貢獻(xiàn)。 但是,根據(jù)《2012年中國職業(yè)教育發(fā)展報(bào)告》評論:“我國高職院校的師資隊(duì)伍建設(shè)取得了很大的成效,但總體上結(jié)構(gòu)不盡合理、實(shí)踐能力偏弱、培養(yǎng)渠道相對貧乏等情況尚未從根本上改觀。”所以說,我國高職教育教師隊(duì)伍建設(shè)仍存有問題,尚需不斷完善,有些問題甚至亟待解決,影響著整個(gè)高職教育的水平。本文梳理了國內(nèi)現(xiàn)有的“雙師型”教師隊(duì)伍建設(shè)的相關(guān)制度,在梳理的同時(shí),探討了我國部分國家示范性高職院校在“雙師型”教師團(tuán)隊(duì)的建設(shè)方面做出了一些有益的實(shí)踐,旨在分析和研究這些學(xué)校的實(shí)踐,探究政府、企業(yè)、學(xué)校、教師等不同社會(huì)角色在高職教育師資建設(shè)中的責(zé)、權(quán)、利關(guān)系,尋找培養(yǎng)“雙師型”教師團(tuán)隊(duì)的新途徑、新制度。同時(shí),在理論上提供一些參考有助于高職院校的教師的專業(yè)發(fā)展。 本文研究的創(chuàng)新之處主要為以下兩個(gè)方面:其一,在研究對象上,以首批示范校高職為對象,這方面的研究不多。其二,在研究的方向上,采用對個(gè)案的研究和分析,從國家、省、學(xué)校三個(gè)層面歸納、總結(jié)了職教師資隊(duì)伍建設(shè)在制度建設(shè)上存在的不足。就如何從制度上保障高職院校師資隊(duì)伍建設(shè)的“雙師型”提出了可行性對策。以便為高職院校提供建設(shè)性的幫助,為行政教育部門提供理論依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Double-type teachers are the characteristics of teachers in higher vocational colleges. The key to improve the quality of vocational education is to build a "double-qualified" teaching team. With the development of higher vocational education in our country, the quality and quantity of teachers in higher vocational colleges have been improved obviously. The development of higher vocational colleges can not be separated from the great contribution made by the "double-qualified" teaching team with good teaching level and high professional skills. However, according to the commentary of the 2012 China Vocational Education Development report, "the construction of teachers in higher vocational colleges in our country has made great achievements, but on the whole the structure is not reasonable, and the practical ability is weak," Training channels are relatively poor and so on the situation has not fundamentally changed. " Therefore, there are still some problems in the construction of teachers in higher vocational education in our country, and some problems need to be improved, and some problems even need to be solved urgently, which affect the level of the whole higher vocational education. This article combs the existing "double qualified" teacher team construction related system, while combing, has probed into some national demonstration higher vocational colleges in the "double qualified" teacher team construction aspect has made some beneficial practice. The purpose of this paper is to analyze and study the practice of these schools, to explore the relationship among the roles of government, enterprise, school, teachers and other social roles in the construction of teachers in higher vocational education, and to find a new way and a new system to cultivate the "double-qualified" teachers' team. At the same time, in theory to provide some reference to the professional development of teachers in higher vocational colleges. The innovation of this paper mainly includes the following two aspects: first, in the research object, take the first batch of model school higher vocational school as the object, this aspect research is not many. Secondly, in the research direction, using the case study and analysis, from the national, provincial, school three levels, summed up the vocational education teachers in the construction of the deficiencies in the construction of the system. This paper puts forward some feasible countermeasures on how to guarantee the construction of teachers' team in higher vocational colleges from the point of view of system. In order to provide constructive help for higher vocational colleges and provide theoretical basis for the administrative education department.
