高職農(nóng)業(yè)院校大學(xué)生科技創(chuàng)新精神培養(yǎng)研究

【摘要】:在當(dāng)今知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)代,農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化和新農(nóng)村建設(shè)均離不開高素質(zhì)農(nóng)民,未來農(nóng)民科技水平的高低將會(huì)直接影響到農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化的進(jìn)程。高職農(nóng)業(yè)院校是未來職業(yè)農(nóng)民培養(yǎng)的搖籃,其培養(yǎng)的學(xué)生科技創(chuàng)新水平和科技創(chuàng)新精神的高低對(duì)我國農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)的作用不可小視,農(nóng)業(yè)高職院校必須加強(qiáng)對(duì)大學(xué)生科技創(chuàng)新精神的培養(yǎng),提高人才培養(yǎng)的質(zhì)量。 農(nóng)業(yè)高職院校培養(yǎng)大學(xué)生科技創(chuàng)新精神,必須對(duì)大學(xué)生科技創(chuàng)新精神培養(yǎng)的現(xiàn)狀有正確的認(rèn)識(shí),找出存在的問題,分析其原因,并借鑒發(fā)達(dá)國家在大學(xué)生科技創(chuàng)新精神培養(yǎng)方面的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn),以科學(xué)的教育原則為依據(jù),結(jié)合高職農(nóng)業(yè)院校大學(xué)生的特殊性采取有針對(duì)性的切實(shí)可行的措施。既要從社會(huì)環(huán)境、文化環(huán)境方面建設(shè)有利于科技創(chuàng)新精神培養(yǎng)的校園文化,創(chuàng)新傳統(tǒng)教育制度,構(gòu)建合理的激勵(lì)保障機(jī)制和改革現(xiàn)行評(píng)價(jià)制度,又要加強(qiáng)學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境建設(shè),如創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)計(jì)劃、課程體系和教育模式、改變教育觀念、優(yōu)化師資隊(duì)伍、加大科研實(shí)踐及應(yīng)用與服務(wù),同時(shí)也要注重學(xué)生自身內(nèi)部環(huán)境的建設(shè),包括改善和擴(kuò)大知識(shí)結(jié)構(gòu)和知識(shí)面、培養(yǎng)創(chuàng)新性人格、求異思維和懷疑精神。
[Abstract]:In the era of knowledge economy, agricultural modernization and new rural construction can not be separated from high-quality farmers, the level of science and technology of farmers in the future will directly affect the process of agricultural modernization. Higher vocational agricultural colleges are the cradle of future vocational farmers' cultivation. The level of scientific and technological innovation and the spirit of scientific and technological innovation of students can not be overlooked in the construction of agricultural modernization in China. Agricultural higher vocational colleges must strengthen the cultivation of scientific and technological innovation spirit of college students and improve the quality of personnel training. In order to cultivate the spirit of scientific and technological innovation in agricultural higher vocational colleges, we must have a correct understanding of the present situation of cultivating the spirit of scientific and technological innovation of college students, find out the existing problems, and analyze the causes. Based on the scientific education principles and the particularity of agricultural college students in higher vocational colleges, practical and targeted measures are taken for reference to the successful experiences of the developed countries in the cultivation of scientific and technological innovation spirit of college students. It is necessary not only to construct the campus culture which is conducive to the cultivation of the spirit of scientific and technological innovation from the aspects of social environment and cultural environment, to innovate the traditional education system, to construct a reasonable incentive and guarantee mechanism and to reform the current evaluation system, but also to strengthen the construction of the learning environment. Such as innovating talent training plan, curriculum system and educational model, changing educational concept, optimizing teachers' team, increasing scientific research practice and application and service, and paying attention to the construction of students' internal environment. It includes improving and expanding knowledge structure and knowledge, cultivating innovative personality, seeking different thinking and scepticism.
