【摘要】：章程建設(shè)是建立現(xiàn)代職業(yè)學(xué)校制度的基礎(chǔ)。在調(diào)查發(fā)現(xiàn)職業(yè)院校改革與發(fā)展中存在的問題,總結(jié)章程建設(shè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,歸納了職業(yè)院校章程建設(shè)的主要作用、基本特征、制定原則和重點(diǎn)任務(wù),提出了章程制定應(yīng)該"凝聚共識(shí),協(xié)同創(chuàng)新,立足現(xiàn)實(shí),面向未來"的觀點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:Constitution construction is the foundation of establishing modern vocational school system. On the basis of investigating the problems existing in the reform and development of vocational colleges and universities and summarizing the experience of constitution construction, this paper sums up the main functions, basic characteristics, principles and key tasks of the constitution construction of vocational colleges and universities. This paper puts forward the viewpoint that the constitution should be "condense consensus, cooperate and innovate, base on reality and face the future".
