【摘要】： 高職院校在我國高等教育規(guī)模中已占“大半壁江山”,成為我國高等教育的重要組成部分。當(dāng)前,以培養(yǎng)學(xué)生創(chuàng)新精神和自主學(xué)習(xí)能力為目的的創(chuàng)新教育,對于現(xiàn)行的以傳授已有知識為目的的教育觀念、管理體制、運行機制、教學(xué)方式等提出了一系列改革的要求。這就決定了高職院校必須及時改變?nèi)瞬排囵B(yǎng)模式,變革和創(chuàng)新教學(xué)管理,使之適應(yīng)全面推進素質(zhì)教育、培養(yǎng)創(chuàng)造性人才的需要。 教學(xué)管理作為高職院校管理的基本活動和中心環(huán)節(jié),在學(xué)校中具有重要的地位和作用,它是教學(xué)活動正常運行的基礎(chǔ),也是提高教學(xué)質(zhì)量的重要保證。目前,高職院校的教學(xué)管理正處于一個逐步完善的發(fā)展階段。 本課題主要立足于教學(xué)管理改革創(chuàng)新的角度,從高職院校教學(xué)管理的主要內(nèi)容和工作特點入手,在對高職院校進行科學(xué)、詳細的SWOT分析后,總結(jié)出了當(dāng)今高職院校教學(xué)管理改革的現(xiàn)狀。繼而從社會發(fā)展的大環(huán)境、教學(xué)管理本身、人才培養(yǎng)的模式以及現(xiàn)代網(wǎng)絡(luò)化的趨勢四個方面闡述了高職院校實施教學(xué)管理改革的必要性及迫切性,并具體詳細地提出了高職院校教學(xué)管理改革創(chuàng)新的主要內(nèi)涵:管理者思想的創(chuàng)新、教學(xué)管理體制的創(chuàng)新、教學(xué)模式的創(chuàng)新、教學(xué)方法的創(chuàng)新。最后本文以蘇州工業(yè)職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院辦學(xué)7年來進行的教學(xué)管理創(chuàng)新與改革作為案例分析,嘗試對以上問題進行探索性的研究,提出了高職院校在高職教育飛速發(fā)展的背景下積極推進教學(xué)管理的改革創(chuàng)新,努力探索符合高職教育發(fā)展的教學(xué)管理創(chuàng)新。 本課題側(cè)重于現(xiàn)狀的分析與思考,在研究視野上,借鑒示范高職院校教學(xué)管理的經(jīng)驗,側(cè)重于國內(nèi)研究;在研究目標(biāo)上,側(cè)重于“現(xiàn)狀式”變革研究;在研究層面,側(cè)重于學(xué)校層面的研究;在研究對象上,以高職院校特別是蘇州工業(yè)職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院教學(xué)管理改革創(chuàng)新為個案研究。在研究方法上,理論與實踐結(jié)合,采用案例。關(guān)于高校的教學(xué)管理,已有論者多從微觀或操作層面解說具體問題,本課題堅持理論與實際相結(jié)合,比較系統(tǒng)全面地分析論述了高職院校教學(xué)管理問題,初步探討了教學(xué)管理改革創(chuàng)新的途徑。論文的創(chuàng)新點在于:一是以一個實踐者的親身感受比較客觀地對高職院校進行了SWOT分析,從而揭示總結(jié)了教學(xué)管理的現(xiàn)狀;二是抓住了教學(xué)管理創(chuàng)新的幾個主要方面有針對性地提出了加強和改進高職院校教學(xué)管理的措施。
[Abstract]:Higher vocational colleges have become an important part of higher education in our country. At present, the innovative education aimed at cultivating students' innovative spirit and autonomous learning ability has put forward a series of requirements for the reform of the present educational concept, management system, operating mechanism and teaching method aimed at imparting existing knowledge. This determines that higher vocational colleges must change the mode of talent training and reform and innovate teaching management in time to meet the needs of promoting quality education and cultivating creative talents in an all-round way. As the basic activity and central link of higher vocational college management, teaching management plays an important role in the school. It is the basis of the normal operation of teaching activities and the important guarantee to improve the teaching quality. At present, the teaching management of higher vocational colleges is in a stage of gradual improvement. This subject is mainly based on the angle of teaching management reform and innovation, starting with the main contents and working characteristics of teaching management in higher vocational colleges, after carrying out scientific and detailed SWOT analysis of higher vocational colleges, The present situation of teaching management reform in higher vocational colleges is summarized. Then the necessity and urgency of carrying out the reform of teaching management in higher vocational colleges are expounded from four aspects: the great environment of social development, the teaching management itself, the mode of talent training and the trend of modern networking. The main contents of the reform and innovation of teaching management in higher vocational colleges are put forward in detail: the innovation of the management thought, the innovation of the teaching management system, the innovation of the teaching mode and the innovation of the teaching method. Finally, this paper takes the teaching management innovation and reform carried out in Suzhou Vocational and Technical College for 7 years as a case study, and tries to make an exploratory study on the above problems. Under the background of the rapid development of higher vocational education, the author puts forward that higher vocational colleges should actively promote the reform and innovation of teaching management, and strive to explore the innovation of teaching management in line with the development of higher vocational education. This subject focuses on the analysis and thinking of the present situation, drawing lessons from the experience of teaching management in the model vocational colleges, focusing on domestic research; on the research objective, on the "status quo" change research; on the level of research, from the perspective of research. Focusing on the school level of research, in the object of study, the higher vocational colleges, especially the Suzhou Vocational and Technical College of teaching management reform and innovation as a case study. In the research method, the theory and the practice union, uses the case. Regarding the teaching management of colleges and universities, some scholars have explained the specific problems from the micro or operational level. This subject insists on combining theory with practice, and systematically and comprehensively analyzes and discusses the teaching management problems in higher vocational colleges. This paper probes into the ways of teaching management reform and innovation. The innovation of the thesis lies in the following: first, the SWOT analysis of higher vocational colleges is carried out objectively with the personal experience of a practitioner, thus revealing the present situation of teaching management; Secondly, some measures to strengthen and improve the teaching management in higher vocational colleges are put forward.
