【摘要】：現(xiàn)代職業(yè)教育的科學(xué)發(fā)展,依然是當(dāng)前科教興國和人才強(qiáng)國戰(zhàn)略的重要內(nèi)容。世界經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化趨勢的形成,對我國現(xiàn)有人力資源結(jié)構(gòu)與人才素質(zhì)提出了更高要求。我國政府工作報告多次強(qiáng)調(diào)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長方式要轉(zhuǎn)型,產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)要升級,社會發(fā)展要創(chuàng)新,而這一目標(biāo)的實現(xiàn),需要立足科學(xué)發(fā)展觀,積極破解制約高職高專發(fā)展的瓶頸與難題,構(gòu)建科學(xué)、合理的,能培養(yǎng)出滿足社會生產(chǎn)需求的高技能型、綜合型應(yīng)用人才的現(xiàn)代職業(yè)教育體系。本研究從高職高專發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀入手,探究現(xiàn)代高等職業(yè)教育的發(fā)展目標(biāo)和戰(zhàn)略定位:從職業(yè)教育發(fā)展理論、終身教育理論、人本理論、區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展理論、就業(yè)理論等方面來闡述,并重點探析科學(xué)發(fā)展觀與高等職業(yè)教育的發(fā)展關(guān)系;深入剖析了高職高專教育發(fā)展中的管理體制、投資體制、教育體系、人才培養(yǎng)模式、學(xué)生就業(yè)等問題,提出在科學(xué)發(fā)展觀的指導(dǎo)下,分別從完善管理體制上,在優(yōu)化投資體制上,在健全高職高專教育體系上,在人才培養(yǎng)模式上,在就業(yè)體系建設(shè)上,在職業(yè)教育法規(guī)建設(shè)上,以人為本,統(tǒng)籌兼顧,實現(xiàn)我國高職高專教育的全面、協(xié)調(diào)、可持續(xù)的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The scientific development of modern vocational education is still an important part of the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education. The formation of the trend of world economic integration puts forward higher demands on the structure of human resources and the quality of talents in our country. The government work report of our country has emphasized many times that the mode of economic growth should be transformed, the industrial structure should be upgraded, and the social development should be innovated. However, the realization of this goal needs to be based on the scientific development view and actively solve the bottlenecks and problems that restrict the development of higher vocational colleges and universities. To construct a scientific and reasonable modern vocational education system which can meet the needs of social production and meet the needs of social production. This research starts with the present situation of the development of higher vocational education, probes into the development goal and strategic orientation of modern higher vocational education: from the theory of vocational education development, the theory of lifelong education, the theory of humanism, the theory of regional economic development, This paper expounds the employment theory, and probes into the relationship between the scientific development concept and the development of higher vocational education, deeply analyzes the management system, the investment system, the education system and the talent training mode in the development of higher vocational and technical education. Under the guidance of the scientific concept of development, the author puts forward that under the guidance of the scientific concept of development, we should improve the management system, optimize the investment system, improve the higher vocational education system, improve the personnel training mode, and build the employment system. In the construction of vocational education laws and regulations, people-oriented, overall consideration, to achieve the overall, coordinated and sustainable development of higher vocational education in China.
