基于FAHP的高職財經(jīng)商貿(mào)類專業(yè)校企合作績效評價機制探究

【摘要】:高職財經(jīng)商貿(mào)類專業(yè)校企合作普遍基礎(chǔ)薄弱,合作效果不夠突出,建立科學有效的績效評價機制是保證校企合作工作順利開展的核心和關(guān)鍵。本文結(jié)合高職財經(jīng)商貿(mào)類專業(yè)校企合作現(xiàn)狀,明確構(gòu)建高等職業(yè)院校校企合作績效評價機制的重要性,并制定校企合作評價機制的原則。利用FAHP模糊層次分析法,對財經(jīng)商貿(mào)類專業(yè)在合作投入、合作產(chǎn)出和合作結(jié)果過程的績效進行綜合評價,設(shè)計建立校企合作績效評價指標體系,為評價校企合作績效提供量化測評方法。以高職院校會計專業(yè)為例,采用新建的績效評價體系對該專業(yè)校企合作效果進行測量,指出財經(jīng)商貿(mào)類專業(yè)在校企合作運行中存在的問題,在校企合作層次、企業(yè)兼職情況、制度建設(shè)等方面提出改進的建議。
[Abstract]:The cooperation between school and enterprise is generally weak and the effect of cooperation is not enough. Establishing scientific and effective performance evaluation mechanism is the core and key to ensure the smooth development of cooperation between school and enterprise. Based on the current situation of the cooperation between schools and enterprises in the major of finance and commerce in higher vocational colleges, this paper makes clear the importance of establishing the evaluation mechanism of the performance of cooperation between schools and enterprises in higher vocational colleges, and formulates the principles of the evaluation mechanism of cooperation between schools and enterprises By using the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP), this paper comprehensively evaluates the performance of the cooperation input, the cooperation output and the cooperation result process of the major of finance and commerce, and designs and establishes the evaluation index system of the cooperation performance of the school and the enterprise. To provide a quantitative evaluation method for the evaluation of school-enterprise cooperation performance. Taking the accounting specialty of higher vocational college as an example, this paper measures the effect of the cooperation between school and enterprise by using the new performance evaluation system, points out the problems existing in the operation of cooperation between school and enterprise in the major of finance and commerce, and points out the situation of the cooperation between school and enterprise and the part-time work of the enterprise. System construction and other aspects put forward suggestions for improvement.
