【摘要】：作為職業(yè)教育體系"供給側(cè)"的職業(yè)院校,由于辦學(xué)理念陳舊、辦學(xué)體制不健全、教學(xué)質(zhì)量不高等問(wèn)題,難以滿足市場(chǎng)的需求,出現(xiàn)"用工荒"現(xiàn)象。構(gòu)建現(xiàn)代職業(yè)教育體系,必須正視并著力解決當(dāng)前困擾職業(yè)教育"供給側(cè)"改革發(fā)展的突出問(wèn)題,拆除體制上不適應(yīng)現(xiàn)代職業(yè)教育發(fā)展的藩籬。通過(guò)強(qiáng)化基礎(chǔ)能力建設(shè),發(fā)揮高等職業(yè)教育的引領(lǐng)作用,創(chuàng)新管理體制,構(gòu)建校企合作動(dòng)力機(jī)制,激發(fā)職業(yè)教育的辦學(xué)活力,挑起培養(yǎng)中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)新常態(tài)下所需的大批高技能人才的重?fù)?dān)。
[Abstract]:As a "supply-side" vocational education system, vocational colleges and universities are difficult to meet the demand of the market because of the old idea of running a school, the imperfect system of running a school and the low quality of teaching, so there is a phenomenon of "shortage of employment". In order to construct the modern vocational education system, we must face up to and solve the outstanding problems of the "supply-side" reform and development of vocational education at present, and remove the barriers that the system does not adapt to the development of modern vocational education. Through strengthening the construction of basic ability, giving play to the leading role of higher vocational education, innovating the management system, constructing the motive mechanism of school-enterprise cooperation, stimulating the vitality of vocational education, Carry the heavy burden of training a large number of highly skilled people needed in the new normal state of China's economy.
