【摘要】：探討了綠色技能的相關(guān)概念和主要特征,分析了職業(yè)教育開發(fā)綠色技能系統(tǒng)存在的主要問題。構(gòu)建了職業(yè)教育"一主四翼"綠色技能培養(yǎng)體系模型,提出了綠色技能系統(tǒng)的分階段發(fā)展目標(biāo)。從培養(yǎng)模式改革、科學(xué)研究、師資培養(yǎng)、素質(zhì)拓展體系建設(shè)、校園文化建設(shè)等方面論述了開發(fā)綠色技能的策略。
[Abstract]:This paper probes into the related concepts and main characteristics of green skills, and analyzes the main problems existing in the development of green skills system in vocational education. The model of "one main and four wings" green skill training system in vocational education is constructed, and the goal of developing green skill system in stages is put forward. This paper discusses the strategies of developing green skills from the aspects of training mode reform, scientific research, teacher training, quality development system construction, campus culture construction and so on.
