高職院校科教融合的理論發(fā)展與路徑選擇

【摘要】:科教融合是高職院校實施創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的必然舉措。結(jié)合國內(nèi)外科教融合理論的研究情況,立足新的時代背景,擴(kuò)展了科教融合理論的外延;從政府、教育主管部門、學(xué)校、教師等層面,提出了實現(xiàn)科教融合的路徑:政府搭建產(chǎn)學(xué)研一體化的科教融合平臺;教育主管部門構(gòu)建激勵資源互享的科教融合機(jī)制;高職院校建立創(chuàng)新型技能人才培養(yǎng)的科教融合體系;教師培養(yǎng)應(yīng)用技術(shù)開發(fā)與傳播的科教融合能力。
[Abstract]:The integration of science and education is an inevitable measure of implementing innovation-driven development strategy in higher vocational colleges. Combined with the research situation of science and education integration theory at home and abroad, based on the new background of the times, the extension of science and education integration theory is extended from the government, education departments, schools, teachers and other levels, The paper puts forward the ways to realize the integration of science and education: the government builds the platform of integration of science, education and research; the competent department of education constructs the mechanism of science and education integration which encourages the mutual sharing of resources; the higher vocational colleges establish the system of science and education integration for the cultivation of innovative skilled personnel; Teachers cultivate the ability of integrating science and education in the development and dissemination of applied technology.
