【摘要】：高職院校學(xué)生工作是高職院校管理的重要內(nèi)容之一。隨著高等職業(yè)教育的蓬勃發(fā)展和高職院校改革的推進(jìn),高職院校學(xué)生管理工作中的一些問題日漸凸顯出來,探析新型的學(xué)生工作模式以彌補(bǔ)傳統(tǒng)學(xué)生工作模式的不足成為必然趨勢(shì)。 高等職業(yè)教育的特點(diǎn)、高職院校的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)以及傳統(tǒng)學(xué)生工作模式的不足等諸多因素決定了高職院校學(xué)生工作引入精細(xì)化管理模式具有重要的理論與現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本文采用文獻(xiàn)資料、調(diào)查研究、實(shí)證分析等研究方法,運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)資料法查閱了學(xué)生工作精細(xì)化管理的相關(guān)理論知識(shí)；運(yùn)用調(diào)查研究法分析了當(dāng)前學(xué)生工作中存在的問題與差距,為研究構(gòu)建學(xué)生工作精細(xì)化管理模式提出個(gè)人見解；運(yùn)用實(shí)證分析法對(duì)閩西職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院構(gòu)建學(xué)生工作精細(xì)化管理模式進(jìn)行現(xiàn)狀分析和研究,為提升閩西職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院學(xué)生工作精細(xì)化管理模式而提出對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:The student work in higher vocational colleges is one of the important contents of management in higher vocational colleges. With the vigorous development of higher vocational education and the promotion of the reform of higher vocational colleges, some problems in the management of students in higher vocational colleges have become increasingly prominent. It is an inevitable trend to explore the new student work mode to make up for the deficiency of the traditional student work mode. Many factors, such as the characteristics of higher vocational education, the development trend of higher vocational colleges and the shortage of traditional student work mode, determine the important theoretical and practical significance of introducing fine management mode into student work in higher vocational colleges. This paper uses the methods of literature, investigation and empirical analysis to consult the relevant theoretical knowledge of the fine management of students' work, and analyzes the problems and gaps existing in the current student's work by using the method of investigation and research. In order to study and construct the fine management mode of student work, the author puts forward his personal opinion, analyzes and studies the current situation of constructing the fine management mode of student work in the West Fujian Vocational and Technical College by using the empirical analysis method. In order to improve the management model of students' work in Minxi Vocational and Technical College, the countermeasures are put forward.
