【摘要】：目前,高等職業(yè)院校生源下降嚴(yán)重,一方面許多傳統(tǒng)專業(yè)出現(xiàn)了生源荒的情況,另一方面許多企業(yè)卻急需技能型人才,即行業(yè)的用人需求與高職院校招生現(xiàn)狀存在供求差異。在分析傳統(tǒng)專業(yè)招生現(xiàn)狀和存在問題的基礎(chǔ)上,提出根據(jù)市場人才需求進(jìn)行專業(yè)改造、依托地域產(chǎn)業(yè)集群開展校企聯(lián)合培養(yǎng)、加強(qiáng)專業(yè)優(yōu)勢宣傳、出臺(tái)招生激勵(lì)政策等措施,以此來加強(qiáng)高職院校傳統(tǒng)專業(yè)招生,進(jìn)而縮小這種差異,有利于高等職業(yè)教育的良性發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:At present, the number of students in higher vocational colleges has declined seriously. On the one hand, there is a shortage of students in many traditional majors, on the other hand, many enterprises are in urgent need of skilled talents, that is, the demand for employment in the industry is different from the present situation of enrollment in higher vocational colleges. On the basis of analyzing the present situation and existing problems of the traditional major enrollment, the paper puts forward some measures, such as reforming the specialty according to the demand of the market talents, carrying out the joint training of the school and enterprise relying on the regional industrial cluster, strengthening the propaganda of the specialty superiority, issuing the enrollment incentive policy and so on. In order to strengthen the enrollment of traditional major in higher vocational colleges and narrow the difference, it is beneficial to the benign development of higher vocational education.
