【摘要】：職業(yè)院校是現(xiàn)代職業(yè)教育治理體系的重要主體。由于職業(yè)院校主體意識(shí)不強(qiáng)、政府行政權(quán)力過強(qiáng)、職業(yè)教育治理能力和制度能力低下,導(dǎo)致職業(yè)院校在現(xiàn)代職業(yè)教育治理體系中主體地位面臨現(xiàn)實(shí)困境。因此,應(yīng)明確職業(yè)院校在現(xiàn)代職業(yè)教育治理體系中的法律地位,擴(kuò)大職業(yè)院校辦學(xué)自主權(quán),提升職業(yè)院校適應(yīng)社會(huì)需求能力和水平,建立和完善職業(yè)院校參與現(xiàn)代職業(yè)教育治理機(jī)制,強(qiáng)化職業(yè)院校在現(xiàn)代職業(yè)教育治理體系中的主體地位。
[Abstract]:Vocational colleges and universities are the main body of modern vocational education system. Because of the poor consciousness of the main body of the vocational colleges, the strong administrative power of the government and the low ability to govern the vocational education and the low institutional ability, the main position of the Vocational Colleges in the modern vocational education system is facing the realistic predicament. Therefore, it should be clear that the vocational colleges and universities are in the modern profession. The legal status in the system of education governance, enlarging the autonomy of Vocational Colleges and universities, improving the ability and level of the vocational colleges to adapt to the social demand, establishing and perfecting the vocational colleges and universities to participate in the management mechanism of modern vocational education, and strengthening the main position of the Vocational Colleges in the modern vocational education system.
