民辦高職教師專業(yè)服務(wù)狀況研究

【摘要】:民辦高等職業(yè)教育是我國高等職業(yè)教育體系中的重要組成部分,為社會(huì)培養(yǎng)和輸送了大量的優(yōu)秀專業(yè)技術(shù)人才。然而近些年,我國的民辦高等職業(yè)教育卻面臨著社會(huì)認(rèn)同程度低,生源匱乏等重重困境,導(dǎo)致這一困境的根本原因是學(xué)校教學(xué)質(zhì)量的下降。民辦高等職業(yè)教育的教學(xué)質(zhì)量取決于教師的專業(yè)服務(wù)質(zhì)量,教師的專業(yè)化發(fā)展和職業(yè)素養(yǎng)制約著專業(yè)服務(wù)水平和專業(yè)服務(wù)質(zhì)量。目前,我國民辦高職教師為學(xué)生專業(yè)服務(wù)的意識(shí)淡薄,專業(yè)化發(fā)展水平不高,專業(yè)服務(wù)質(zhì)量不到位。為了促進(jìn)民辦高等職業(yè)教育的長足發(fā)展,提高辦學(xué)質(zhì)量,我們必須重視民辦高職教師專業(yè)服務(wù)質(zhì)量,這也是辦人民滿意的高職教育的客觀要求。近些年,很多學(xué)者對(duì)民辦高職師資隊(duì)伍建設(shè)和教師服務(wù)學(xué)生的相關(guān)內(nèi)容進(jìn)行了研究,為民辦高職教師隊(duì)伍的建設(shè)提出了一些對(duì)策和建議。但是,這些文章和著作大多針對(duì)普通高等教育來研究教師服務(wù)學(xué)生的相關(guān)問題,針對(duì)民辦高職教師為學(xué)生服務(wù)的研究很少,強(qiáng)調(diào)民辦高職教師要為學(xué)生提供專業(yè)服務(wù)的研究更少。本研究通過選取大連和沈陽地區(qū)的四所民辦高職院校的專職教師和學(xué)生為主要調(diào)查對(duì)象,對(duì)教師的專業(yè)服務(wù)狀況有所了解。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),目前民辦高職教師為學(xué)生提供專業(yè)服務(wù)主要存在以下不足:一是專業(yè)服務(wù)意識(shí)淡。欢欠⻊(wù)態(tài)度不夠認(rèn)真;三是教師自身職業(yè)素養(yǎng)和專業(yè)發(fā)展水平不高;四是教育管理混亂、缺失。四是教育管理混亂、缺失。問題存在的主要原因有以下兩個(gè)方面:從教師的內(nèi)部原因來看,主要有教師的專業(yè)信仰、職業(yè)道德和責(zé)任感不強(qiáng);新教師的職前培訓(xùn)不到位;教師在職培訓(xùn)質(zhì)量不高;自我發(fā)展動(dòng)力不足。從外部原因來看,主要有學(xué)校對(duì)教師的考核管理評(píng)價(jià)不完善;學(xué)校作為辦學(xué)主體對(duì)教師質(zhì)量要求不高;民辦高職學(xué)生特點(diǎn);社會(huì)背景的影響等。文章最后,,本研究提出了提高民辦高職教師專業(yè)服務(wù)水平的建議:從教師自身來看主要有教師道德修養(yǎng)的提升;堅(jiān)定教師專業(yè)信仰;提升教師專業(yè)素質(zhì);樹立以學(xué)生為本的專業(yè)服務(wù)理念等。從學(xué)校層面來看主要有推行學(xué)生參與教師評(píng)聘;對(duì)教師專業(yè)服務(wù)有效激勵(lì);完善和加強(qiáng)教師培訓(xùn);構(gòu)建以專職教師為主的民辦高職師資隊(duì)伍。
[Abstract]:Private higher vocational education is an important part of our country's higher vocational education system, which trains and conveys a large number of outstanding professional and technical talents for the society. However, in recent years, the private higher vocational education in our country is faced with many difficulties, such as low degree of social identity and lack of students. The fundamental reason for this dilemma is the decline of school teaching quality. The teaching quality of private higher vocational education depends on the professional service quality of teachers. The professional development and professional accomplishment of teachers restrict the professional service level and professional service quality. At present, the private vocational teachers in our country have a weak sense of professional service for students, the level of professional development is not high, and the quality of professional service is not in place. In order to promote the rapid development of private higher vocational education and improve the quality of running a school, we must attach importance to the professional service quality of private vocational teachers, which is also the objective requirement of running higher vocational education satisfactory to the people. In recent years, many scholars have studied the construction of teachers and teachers serving students in private vocational colleges, and put forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the construction of teachers in private vocational colleges. However, most of these articles and works focus on general higher education to study the problems related to teachers' service to students, and there are few studies on private vocational teachers serving students. It is emphasized that there is less research on private vocational teachers to provide professional services for students. This study selected the full-time teachers and students from four private vocational colleges in Dalian and Shenyang as the main objects of investigation to understand the professional service situation of teachers. It is found that at present, there are the following shortcomings in providing professional service to students by private vocational teachers: first, weak professional service consciousness; second, insufficient service attitude; third, teachers' low level of professional accomplishment and professional development; Fourth, education management is confused, missing. The main reasons for the problems are as follows: from the teachers' internal reasons, teachers' professional beliefs, professional ethics and responsibility are not strong, new teachers' pre-service training is not in place, teachers' in-service training quality is not high; Lack of motivation for self-development. From the external reasons, the main schools to teachers assessment and evaluation is not perfect; schools as the main body of teachers do not have high requirements for the quality of teachers; the characteristics of private vocational students; the impact of social background, and so on. Finally, the paper puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the professional service level of teachers in private vocational colleges: from the teacher's own point of view, there are mainly the improvement of teachers' moral accomplishment, the strengthening of teachers' professional belief, the improvement of teachers' professional quality, and the improvement of teachers' professional quality. Set up a student-based professional service concept. From the school level there are mainly the implementation of students to participate in teacher evaluation; effective incentives for teacher professional services; improve and strengthen teacher training; build a full-time teachers of private higher vocational teachers.
