【摘要】："分組并行"教學模式的研究是為了破解浙江省中職數(shù)控專業(yè)新課改后出現(xiàn)的學生崗位遷移能力不強、教學項目技術關聯(lián)度低及教學資源配置無序3個突出問題,在分組教學法基礎上引入工程領域中的并行工程技術原理,并以綜合技術項目為教學載體,為中職數(shù)控專業(yè)教學創(chuàng)建了一種新型的教學模式。本研究介紹了"分組并行"教學模式的概念、理論依據(jù)及實施流程,并以實踐案例驗證了該模式在提升學生崗位遷移能力、培養(yǎng)專業(yè)情感、提高技能水平、促進教師執(zhí)教能力及優(yōu)化資源配置等方面的顯著成效。
[Abstract]:The research of "grouping parallel" teaching mode is to solve three outstanding problems: the students' post transfer ability is not strong after the new curriculum reform of secondary vocational NC major in Zhejiang Province, the technical correlation degree of teaching project is low and the teaching resources are disordered. On the basis of grouping teaching method, this paper introduces the principle of concurrent engineering technology in engineering field, and establishes a new teaching mode for NC specialty teaching in secondary vocational school by taking comprehensive technology project as teaching carrier. This study introduces the concept, theoretical basis and implementation process of "grouping and parallel" teaching model, and proves that the model can improve students' post transfer ability, cultivate professional emotion and improve their skill level by practical cases. To promote the teaching ability of teachers and optimize the allocation of resources and other aspects of remarkable results.
