【摘要】：當(dāng)前,我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)的快速發(fā)展對(duì)高職院校的人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量提出了新的、更高的要求。高職院�？梢越梃b企業(yè)管理的模式,通過實(shí)施全面質(zhì)量管理,制定特色鮮明、符合顧客需求的人才培養(yǎng)目標(biāo),實(shí)施持續(xù)改進(jìn)、全程控制的人才培養(yǎng)過程,構(gòu)建全員參與、全要素投入的人才培養(yǎng)體系,應(yīng)對(duì)高職院校間競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的態(tài)勢(shì),滿足我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)進(jìn)入新常態(tài)之后發(fā)展的需求,為高職院校的穩(wěn)健發(fā)展提供保障。
[Abstract]:At present, the rapid development of economy and society in our country puts forward new and higher requirements for the quality of talents training in higher vocational colleges. Higher vocational colleges can draw lessons from the mode of enterprise management, through the implementation of total quality management, the establishment of distinctive characteristics, in line with the needs of customers, the implementation of continuous improvement, the entire control of the talent training process, building the full participation, The talent training system with the input of all elements can meet the needs of the development of our country's economy after entering the new normal and provide the guarantee for the steady development of higher vocational colleges.
