多元化評價考核對高職基礎(chǔ)課程方劑學(xué)教學(xué)的影響

【摘要】:為了突出"以學(xué)生為主體,教師為主導(dǎo)"的現(xiàn)代教學(xué)模式,改進(jìn)傳統(tǒng)的終結(jié)性考試評價弊端,采取多元化評價考核模式,選兩個班級為研究對象,對照班級采取平時成績30%、期末考試成績70%的一般性終結(jié)性評價;觀察班級采取以出勤率、課堂提問、方歌背誦、病案討論、心得體會、自行授課等綜合成績占50%,期末試卷成績占50%的多元化評價考核,通過不記名問卷調(diào)查和考核成績進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計分析。研究結(jié)果表明觀察班學(xué)生對學(xué)習(xí)效果、學(xué)習(xí)收獲、課程改革認(rèn)可評價方面、期末考試成績要優(yōu)于對照班;該多元化評價考核模式具有督促學(xué)習(xí)、夯實基礎(chǔ)、牢固記憶、提高成績等特點,符合學(xué)生認(rèn)知規(guī)律,為高職基礎(chǔ)課程方劑學(xué)教學(xué)改革提供可鑒的教學(xué)模式。
[Abstract]:In order to highlight the "students as the main body, teachers as the leading" modern teaching mode, improve the shortcomings of the traditional final examination evaluation, adopt a diversified evaluation and assessment model, select two classes as the research object, compare the class to take the ordinary grade of 30%, the final grade 70% of the final evaluation; observe class take attendance rate, class The questions, the recitation of the song, the discussion of the medical records, the experience of the heart, and the self-taught class accounted for 50%, the final examination papers were 50% of the multiple evaluation and assessment, and the statistical analysis was carried out through the anonymous questionnaire survey and the examination results. The results showed that the students of the observation class had the effect of learning, the learning harvest, the accreditation evaluation of the curriculum reform and the final examination. It is superior to the control class, and the diversification evaluation model has the characteristics of supervising and promoting learning, ramming the foundation, strengthening the memory, improving the achievement and so on. It is in line with the students' cognitive rules and provides a useful teaching model for the teaching reform of the basic curriculum for Higher Vocational education.
