【摘要】：經(jīng)濟發(fā)展新常態(tài)下,社會經(jīng)濟發(fā)展格局發(fā)生了巨大變化,我國經(jīng)濟由高速發(fā)展朝著穩(wěn)定趨勢發(fā)展,知識產(chǎn)權在經(jīng)濟發(fā)展中占據(jù)愈發(fā)重要的位置。社會對知識產(chǎn)權專業(yè)性人才需求量增加,但該方面人才缺口較大,在很大程度上阻礙了國家知識產(chǎn)權戰(zhàn)略的有效實施。與一般性人才不同,知識產(chǎn)權人才屬于復合型人才,社會對于人才需求具有層次性、多樣性。理工科高職院校在培養(yǎng)該類人才上具有獨特的優(yōu)勢,但當前高職院校知識產(chǎn)權人才培養(yǎng)模式存在諸多不足之處,在很大程度上阻礙了人才培養(yǎng)的有效性。文章從國內(nèi)外知識產(chǎn)權教育現(xiàn)狀入手,分析我國高校知識產(chǎn)權人才培養(yǎng)模式與現(xiàn)狀,并結合當前社會對知識產(chǎn)權人才要求探討創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)模式策略。
[Abstract]:Under the new normal of economic development, great changes have taken place in the pattern of social and economic development. China's economy has developed from high speed to stable trend. Intellectual property plays an increasingly important role in economic development. The demand for intellectual property professionals is increasing, but the gap in this area is large, which hinders the effective implementation of the national intellectual property strategy to a great extent. Different from general talents, intellectual property talents belong to compound talents, and the social demand for talents is hierarchical and diverse. Higher vocational colleges of science and engineering have unique advantages in training such talents, but the current intellectual property training mode of higher vocational colleges has many shortcomings, which to a large extent hinders the effectiveness of talent training. Starting with the current situation of intellectual property education at home and abroad, this paper analyzes the training mode and present situation of intellectual property talents in colleges and universities in China, and probes into the tactics of innovative talents training mode combined with the demands of the current society for intellectual property talents.
