【摘要】：高職院校的文化內(nèi)涵決定了院校人才培養(yǎng)的質(zhì)量,也決定了院校的發(fā)展定位和辦學(xué)特色。遼寧林業(yè)職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院堅(jiān)持以文化育人為引領(lǐng),創(chuàng)新構(gòu)建了姓"林"、姓"職"又姓"高"的"三姓合一"特色高職文化,形成了育人無形的"大課程",促進(jìn)了"全人"培養(yǎng),具有鮮明特色,取得了顯著成效。
[Abstract]:The cultural connotation of higher vocational colleges determines the quality of talents cultivation in colleges and universities, as well as the development orientation and characteristics of colleges and universities. The Liaoning Forestry Vocational and Technical College insists on taking cultural education as the guide, innovates and constructs the characteristic higher vocational culture of "Lin", "occupation" and "Gao", which forms the "big course" of educating people and promotes the cultivation of "whole person". It has distinct characteristics and has achieved remarkable results.
