展望2030:全面實現(xiàn)職業(yè)教育現(xiàn)代化

【摘要】:2030年是中國職業(yè)教育發(fā)展的一個重要時點。文章在分析全球化進程對受教育者的未來工作需求、生活需求和學(xué)習(xí)需求變化的基礎(chǔ)上,根據(jù)職業(yè)教育與經(jīng)濟社會相互作用規(guī)律,以及教育適度超前發(fā)展理論,將全面實現(xiàn)職業(yè)教育現(xiàn)代化作為2030的遠(yuǎn)景目標(biāo)。為如期達成這一宏偉目標(biāo),建議從戰(zhàn)略上實施四大轉(zhuǎn)型:轉(zhuǎn)變發(fā)展格局,實現(xiàn)普職教育等值;轉(zhuǎn)變增長方式,促進現(xiàn)代性增長;轉(zhuǎn)變培養(yǎng)模式,以學(xué)習(xí)者為中心;轉(zhuǎn)變決策方式,以高質(zhì)量的研究為支撐。在推進策略上,建議推進世界水平、各具特色的現(xiàn)代化職業(yè)院校建設(shè);聚焦包容、優(yōu)質(zhì)和公平;構(gòu)建與現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)相適應(yīng)的開放辦學(xué)體系;建設(shè)現(xiàn)代化的教職員工隊伍;加快治理法治化、制度化和專業(yè)化。
[Abstract]:2030 is an important time point for the development of vocational education in China. On the basis of analyzing the changes of the future work demand, living demand and learning demand of the educated in the process of globalization, according to the law of interaction between vocational education and economy and society, and the theory of moderate advance development of education. To realize the modernization of vocational education in an all-round way is the long-term goal of 2030. In order to achieve this grand goal on schedule, it is suggested to carry out four strategic transformations: changing the pattern of development, realizing the equivalence of general vocational education, changing the mode of growth, promoting the growth of modernity, changing the mode of cultivation, focusing on learners, and promoting the development of education. Change the way of decision-making, supported by high-quality research. In terms of promoting strategies, it is suggested to promote the construction of modern vocational colleges with different characteristics at the world level; to focus on inclusiveness, quality and fairness; to build an open school running system suitable to the modernization construction; to build a modernized contingent of teaching staff; Speed up governance by law, institutionalization and specialization.
