高職校企合作模式下學(xué)生培養(yǎng)機(jī)制研究

【摘要】:“校企合作、工學(xué)結(jié)合”的辦學(xué)模式是高等職業(yè)教育辦學(xué)的一大特色,也是中國(guó)特色高等職業(yè)教育改革和發(fā)展一個(gè)方向。校企雙方相互支持、相互滲透、雙向介入、優(yōu)勢(shì)互補(bǔ)、利益共享,是實(shí)現(xiàn)職業(yè)教育和企業(yè)管理現(xiàn)代化的可持續(xù)發(fā)展手段。校企合作是培養(yǎng)生產(chǎn)、建設(shè)、管理和服務(wù)的一線專業(yè)技術(shù)人才的重要途徑。但校企合作模式的有效運(yùn)行離不開學(xué)校和企業(yè)共同設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)施的學(xué)生培養(yǎng)機(jī)制。只有學(xué)生培養(yǎng)機(jī)制科學(xué),合理,才能使合作模式產(chǎn)生最大效率。而在實(shí)際的操作過程中學(xué)生培養(yǎng)機(jī)制還存在于許多不足,影響著合作模式的順利運(yùn)行。本文基于校企合作模式,定義學(xué)生培養(yǎng)機(jī)制,從學(xué)生管理體制、質(zhì)量保障機(jī)制、創(chuàng)新能力培養(yǎng)體制和學(xué)生能力評(píng)估體系建設(shè)等四個(gè)方面闡明了現(xiàn)階段高職學(xué)生培養(yǎng)機(jī)制現(xiàn)狀,分析了存在的問題及原因,并結(jié)合校企合作形式,借鑒于國(guó)內(nèi)外成功經(jīng)驗(yàn),提出了改革和完善學(xué)生培養(yǎng)機(jī)制的對(duì)策建議。旨在提高我國(guó)高職校企合作人才培養(yǎng)水平,實(shí)現(xiàn)學(xué)校和企業(yè)雙贏模式,培養(yǎng)具有高素質(zhì)的技能型人才為最終目標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:The mode of "cooperation between school and enterprise, combination of work and study" is a major feature of higher vocational education, and also a direction of reform and development of higher vocational education with Chinese characteristics. Mutual support, mutual penetration, two-way intervention, complementary advantages and shared benefits are the sustainable development means to realize the modernization of vocational education and enterprise management. School-enterprise cooperation is an important way to train professional technicians in production, construction, management and service. However, the effective operation of the school-enterprise cooperation model can not be separated from the student training mechanism designed and implemented jointly by schools and enterprises. Only the scientific and reasonable training mechanism of students can make the cooperation model produce maximum efficiency. But in the actual operation process, there are still many deficiencies in the training mechanism of students, which affects the smooth operation of the cooperation model. Based on the mode of cooperation between school and enterprise, this paper defines the training mechanism of students, expounds the present situation of the training mechanism of students in higher vocational colleges from four aspects: the management system of students, the mechanism of quality assurance, the system of fostering innovative ability and the construction of evaluation system of students' ability. This paper analyzes the existing problems and causes, and combines the form of cooperation between schools and enterprises, and draws lessons from the successful experience at home and abroad, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for reforming and perfecting the training mechanism of students. The aim of this paper is to improve the level of cooperative talents training in higher vocational colleges and enterprises, to realize the win-win pattern between schools and enterprises, and to cultivate skilled talents with high quality as the ultimate goal.
