大學(xué)社會(huì)評價(jià)多元主體構(gòu)成的研究

【摘要】:大學(xué)的社會(huì)評價(jià)是目前日益興起的一個(gè)熱門話題,尤其是大學(xué)排行榜的盛行,使得人們投注更多的目光到大學(xué)的社會(huì)評價(jià)上。然而伴隨著高等教育評估的發(fā)展,大學(xué)的社會(huì)評價(jià)這一部分并未得到充足的發(fā)展和完善,,仍處于艱難發(fā)展階段。許多學(xué)者將目光積聚在大學(xué)的排行榜上,對此開展批評和研究。然而大學(xué)排行榜只是大學(xué)社會(huì)評價(jià)的一個(gè)部分,未能完全代表社會(huì)對于大學(xué)的評價(jià)。因此,應(yīng)強(qiáng)調(diào)整個(gè)社會(huì)所參與的大學(xué)評價(jià),而非僅僅是大學(xué)排行榜或是中介研究機(jī)構(gòu)。在開展大學(xué)的社會(huì)評價(jià)之前,首先需要明晰的一個(gè)概念是,誰才是大學(xué)社會(huì)評價(jià)的主體,評價(jià)主體的不明晰,導(dǎo)致了研究的混亂和紛雜。通過對參與大學(xué)社會(huì)評價(jià)的主體做出明確的分層歸納,并對每一個(gè)層次的主體都進(jìn)行的較為詳細(xì)的分析研究,從而了解社會(huì)評價(jià)的現(xiàn)狀。首先表明其研究背景和層次劃分依據(jù),然后從個(gè)體、群體、社會(huì)中介機(jī)構(gòu)三個(gè)具體部分對各主體進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的現(xiàn)狀分析,試圖從評價(jià)主體這一角度找出現(xiàn)行大學(xué)社會(huì)評價(jià)所凸顯的問題,并努力尋求解決之道。個(gè)體的社會(huì)評價(jià)從以前的零星發(fā)展,自由評論到今天逐步受到社會(huì)的重視,其中以家長為代表,家長的話語權(quán)在高等教育中開始產(chǎn)生影響。群體在大學(xué)社會(huì)評價(jià)中一直存在著一定的影響,根據(jù)利益相關(guān)者理論,其中又以用人單位和媒體的作用尤為明顯。用人單位對各高校畢業(yè)生的評價(jià)直接決定著大學(xué)專業(yè)培養(yǎng)方向以及高等教育質(zhì)量狀況,而媒體隨著時(shí)代的發(fā)展,其話語權(quán)影響力越來越大,其對于高等教育的評價(jià)也受到社會(huì)的重視。最后,中介機(jī)構(gòu)介于其專業(yè)性,在大學(xué)社會(huì)評價(jià)這一領(lǐng)域一直處于相對權(quán)威的地位,對其發(fā)展的歷史與現(xiàn)狀、評價(jià)實(shí)現(xiàn)途徑以及其特點(diǎn)總結(jié)等方面進(jìn)行了較為詳細(xì)的分析研究。
[Abstract]:The social evaluation of universities is an increasingly popular topic, especially the prevalence of university rankings, which makes people pay more attention to the social evaluation of universities. However, with the development of higher education evaluation, the social evaluation of universities has not been fully developed and perfected, and is still in a difficult stage of development. Many scholars have focused their attention on university rankings, criticizing and researching them. However, the university rankings are only one part of the social evaluation of universities and do not fully represent the social evaluation of universities. Therefore, emphasis should be placed on the evaluation of universities in which the whole society is involved, not just university rankings or intermediary research institutions. Before launching the social evaluation of the university, a clear concept is that who is the subject of the social evaluation of the university, and the lack of clarity of the subject of evaluation leads to the confusion and complexity of the research. In order to understand the current situation of social evaluation, this paper makes a clear stratification induction of the subjects involved in the social evaluation of universities, and makes a detailed analysis and study of the subjects at each level. First of all, it shows the research background and classification basis, and then from the individual, group, social intermediary agencies of the three specific parts of the main body of the detailed analysis of the current situation, This paper tries to find out the prominent problems in the current university social evaluation from the angle of evaluation subject, and try to find the solution. Individual social evaluation from the previous sporadic development, freedom of comment to today gradually received social attention, which is represented by parents, parents' voice in higher education began to have an impact. According to stakeholder theory, the role of employers and media is especially obvious. The evaluation of university graduates by employing units directly determines the direction of university professional training and the quality of higher education. With the development of the times, the media has more and more influence on the right to speak. Its evaluation of higher education is also valued by the society. Finally, the intermediary organization is in the position of relative authority in the field of university social evaluation because of its professional nature. This paper makes a detailed analysis and study on its history and present situation, the way to realize the evaluation and the summary of its characteristics.
