【摘要】：教師企業(yè)實踐主體開放模式是不同于現(xiàn)行模式的新型實踐模式,是指充分發(fā)揮企業(yè)作為實施主體的作用,按照教育行政部門的總體規(guī)劃,企業(yè)自主設(shè)計和實施教師企業(yè)實踐項目,包括設(shè)計方案、選取適宜的實踐內(nèi)容和方式、管理與考核等。這一模式的實施需要建立遴選管理機制、落實企業(yè)主體職責以及強化政策投入支持。
[Abstract]:The open model of the practice subject of the teacher ' s enterprise is a new mode of practice which is different from the current mode . It refers to the full play of the role of the enterprise as the implementing body . According to the overall planning of the educational administration department , the enterprise designs and implements the teacher ' s enterprise practical project independently , including the design scheme , selects the appropriate practical content and mode , management and assessment , etc . The implementation of this model needs to establish the selection management mechanism , implement the enterprise ' s main responsibility and strengthen the policy input support .
