江西省高職院校發(fā)展管理對策研究

【摘要】:高職教育是中國高等教育不可或缺的一部分,高職院校的可持續(xù)發(fā)展和管理水平的不斷提升是社會人才培養(yǎng)和社會發(fā)展的有力推動力量。如何提升高職院校的辦學實力和社會契合度是高職教育發(fā)展的重中之重,而提出有效合理的發(fā)展策略和措施也是提升辦學效果的關鍵所在。 本文通過對國內外高職辦學特點的研究,學習國外先進的辦學經驗。分析了省內外高職院校辦學的壓力和挑戰(zhàn),從而結合實際建立了江西省高職院校發(fā)展制約反饋基模,通過學生、教師、管理人員、行業(yè)、政府等多方面分析因果鏈的形成以及相互之間的關系。提出了三條有針對性的管理對策,實現負反饋環(huán)的消減,從而實現正反饋環(huán)的不斷發(fā)展。在對全省辦學的一般性分析的基礎上,繼續(xù)進行案例研究,并且結合案例進行數據分析,有力的支持三項管理對策,并加入了舍本求末反饋基模和富者愈富反饋基模分析。能有效的將理論研究初步運用于實際,取得一定的效果。全文主要工作包括以下幾個方面: 了解國外各個發(fā)達國家的高職院校辦學特點,在此基礎上結合國內高職院校和省內高職院校的辦學現狀,分析對比辦學模式上的差異,建立了三個成長上限反饋基模分析。同時提出了政府高職院校辦學目標定位制、企業(yè)配合辦高職的目標責任制和教師培養(yǎng)專門素質人才目標責任制三大管理對策。通過管理對策分析實現省內高職院校的可持續(xù)性發(fā)展。 引進工作中的案例,結合省內的一般問題,進行案例辦學效果研究分析,從辦學滿意度、企業(yè)結合辦學程度、教師結合實際程度等方面進行數據分析,將成長上限反饋基模的對策運用于實際案例。提出案例中存在的舍本求末和富者愈富反饋基模分析的特殊性,進一步進行管理對策研究分析,并初步將分析結果指導辦學實際,取得了一定的效果。 本文結合本院工作實際進行高職院校發(fā)展存在的實際前沿問題研究,對全省高職院校辦學存在的問題引進了基模分析方法,創(chuàng)新的研究思路和方法。對所在的工作單位進行了更具體的案例分析研究,進行了相應對象的初步實施效應分析,由此驗證了系統(tǒng)動力學和反饋基模分析理論在高職辦學管理系統(tǒng)中的指導性作用。
[Abstract]:Higher vocational education is an indispensable part of higher education in China. The sustainable development of higher vocational colleges and the continuous improvement of management level are the driving force of social talent training and social development. How to improve the strength and social compatibility of higher vocational colleges is the most important part of the development of higher vocational education, and the key to improve the effectiveness of higher vocational education is to put forward effective and reasonable development strategies and measures. By studying the characteristics of higher vocational education at home and abroad, this paper studies the advanced experience of running schools abroad. This paper analyzes the pressure and challenge of running higher vocational colleges in and out of the province, and establishes the feedback model of the development of higher vocational colleges in Jiangxi Province, through students, teachers, managers and industries. The government and other aspects analyze the formation of causal chain and the relationship between each other. Three management countermeasures are put forward to reduce the negative feedback loop and realize the continuous development of the positive feedback loop. On the basis of the general analysis of running a school in the whole province, the case study is continued, and the data analysis is carried out in combination with the case, which can support the three management countermeasures, and adds Sheben's end feedback model and the rich man's richer feedback model analysis. Can effectively apply the theoretical research to practice, and achieve certain results. The main work of this paper includes the following aspects: On the basis of understanding the characteristics of higher vocational colleges in foreign developed countries, combining the current situation of domestic higher vocational colleges and provincial higher vocational colleges, this paper analyzes and compares the differences in the modes of running schools, and establishes three upper-limit feedback model analysis. At the same time, the paper puts forward three management countermeasures: the goal-oriented system of running higher vocational schools, the target responsibility system of enterprises cooperating with higher vocational colleges and the target responsibility system of cultivating qualified personnel by teachers. The sustainable development of higher vocational colleges in the province can be realized through the analysis of management countermeasures. In the introduction of cases in the work, combined with the general problems in the province, the results of the case study were analyzed, and the data were analyzed from the aspects of the satisfaction of running a school, the degree of enterprise combining with running a school, the degree of teachers combining with the actual level, etc. The strategy of growth upper limit feedback model is applied to practical cases. This paper puts forward the particularity of the basic model analysis of sherbin seeking the end of the case and the richer of the rich, further carries on the management countermeasure research and analysis, and preliminarily guides the practice of running a school with the result of the analysis, and obtains certain effect. Combined with the actual work of our college, this paper studies the practical frontier problems existing in the development of higher vocational colleges, and introduces the basic model analysis method, innovative research ideas and methods to the problems existing in the running of higher vocational colleges in the whole province. A more specific case study of the work unit is carried out, and the preliminary implementation effect analysis of the corresponding object is carried out, which verifies the guiding role of the system dynamics and the feedback basic model analysis theory in the higher vocational school management system.
