【摘要】：隨著教育改革的深入,"大類招生、分流培養(yǎng)"這種人才培養(yǎng)模式被越來越多的高職院校所采用。大類招生人才培養(yǎng)模式對于培養(yǎng)創(chuàng)新型和復(fù)合型人才具有重要意義,但近年來該模式也給高職學(xué)生管理工作帶來不少的新挑戰(zhàn)。文章總結(jié)了大類招生人才培養(yǎng)模式的優(yōu)越性,提出了大類招生給學(xué)生管理工作帶來的新挑戰(zhàn),并結(jié)合實際工作,探討了該模式下系統(tǒng)推進(jìn)學(xué)生管理工作的新思路。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of educational reform, the talent training model of "recruiting students in large categories and training by diversion" has been adopted by more and more higher vocational colleges. It is of great significance to train innovative and compound talents in large categories of recruit students, but in recent years, this model has also brought many new challenges to the management of higher vocational students. This paper summarizes the superiority of the training mode of the large class of recruit students, puts forward the new challenge to the student management brought by the large class enrollment, and probes into the new idea of promoting the student management work systematically under this mode combined with the actual work.
