【摘要】：職教集團是順應(yīng)職業(yè)教育規(guī)模化、集團化、連鎖化辦學(xué),整合職業(yè)教育資源,促進(jìn)資源共享而產(chǎn)生的新型的教育組織形式,是創(chuàng)新職業(yè)教育辦學(xué)模式,推動職業(yè)教育集團化發(fā)展的必然選擇。福建省級行業(yè)型職教集團起步晚,發(fā)展慢,還處于探索發(fā)展階段,和其他省市還存在一定的差距。本文通過梳理和分析福建省級行業(yè)型職教集團的組建和發(fā)展情況,歸納出福建省級行業(yè)型職教集團的特點：開通職教集團網(wǎng)站；建立訂單培養(yǎng)制度；開展企業(yè)員工培訓(xùn)；開展閩臺職業(yè)教育交流與合作。指出了福建省級行業(yè)型職教集團存在的問題：起步晚,發(fā)展慢,規(guī)模小,動力不足；集團的設(shè)置與當(dāng)前產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展不協(xié)調(diào)；成員單位參與積極性不高,校企合作不穩(wěn)定；集團管理體制不健全,集團化辦學(xué)成效不明顯等。在職業(yè)教育集團化發(fā)展面臨新形勢新要求的同時,要加快福建省級行業(yè)型職教集團建設(shè)與發(fā)展的步伐：充分發(fā)揮政府部門的多元杠桿作用,為職教集團的發(fā)展創(chuàng)造條件；加強重點產(chǎn)業(yè)相關(guān)行業(yè)協(xié)會的牽頭作用,推動行業(yè)型職教集團與產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)濟的協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展；擴大職教集團規(guī)模,進(jìn)一步深化校企和校際之間的合作；加快推進(jìn)現(xiàn)代職業(yè)教育體系建設(shè),促進(jìn)集團內(nèi)中高職教育協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展；強化集團品牌意識,健全集團管理體制,加強集團內(nèi)涵建設(shè)。
[Abstract]:Vocational education group is a new form of education organization, which adapts to the scale, group and chain of vocational education, integrates the resources of vocational education, and promotes the sharing of resources. It is also the innovation of the mode of running a school in vocational education. The inevitable choice to promote the development of vocational education collectivization. The professional vocational education group of Fujian Province starts late, develops slowly, is still in the stage of exploration and development, and still has a certain gap with other provinces and cities. Through combing and analyzing the establishment and development of the professional vocational education group in Fujian province, this paper concludes the characteristics of the vocational education group of Fujian level: opening the website of the vocational education group, establishing the order training system, developing the training of the enterprise staff; To carry out exchanges and cooperation in vocational education between Fujian and Taiwan. This paper points out the problems existing in the professional vocational education group of Fujian level: late start, slow development, small scale, insufficient motive force, uncoordinated setting of the group with current industry development, low participation enthusiasm of member units, unstable cooperation between school and enterprise; The group management system is not perfect, the group school effect is not obvious and so on. While the development of vocational education collectivization is facing the new situation and new requirements, it is necessary to speed up the construction and development of professional vocational education groups of Fujian level: to give full play to the multi-lever role of government departments, and to create conditions for the development of vocational education groups; To strengthen the leading role of the key industry-related trade associations, to promote the coordinated development of the industry-oriented vocational education group and the industrial economy, to expand the scale of the vocational education group, and to further deepen the cooperation between schools and enterprises; Accelerate the construction of the modern vocational education system, promote the harmonious development of the middle and higher vocational education in the group, strengthen the group brand consciousness, perfect the group management system, and strengthen the group connotation construction.
