高職院校思想政治理論課教學(xué)的問題及改革對(duì)策

【摘要】:高職院校思想政治理論課教學(xué)是對(duì)大學(xué)生系統(tǒng)地進(jìn)行人生觀、世界觀、價(jià)值觀和愛國主義、集體主義、社會(huì)主義教育的主渠道,在把一代代大學(xué)生培養(yǎng)成為德才兼?zhèn)涞纳鐣?huì)主義建設(shè)者和接班人方面起著不可替代的重要作用。盡管從2005年中宣部、教育部《關(guān)于進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)和改進(jìn)高等學(xué)校思想政治理論課的意見》實(shí)施以來,,高職院校思想政治理論課教學(xué)認(rèn)真貫徹落實(shí)中央“16號(hào)文件”精神,教學(xué)狀況發(fā)生了可喜變化,但也存在一些問題,因此,如何改進(jìn)思想政治理論課教學(xué),提高針對(duì)性和實(shí)效性,更好地完成這門課程的教學(xué)任務(wù),值得深入研究和探討。論文通過全面深入的調(diào)查和研究,采用文獻(xiàn)研究、調(diào)查研究、訪談法、實(shí)證分析等方法對(duì)高職院校思想政治理論課教學(xué)存在的問題、原因、改革對(duì)策進(jìn)行了深入研究。高職院校思想政治理論課教學(xué)盡管在開展教師培訓(xùn)、教研活動(dòng)和進(jìn)行課程改革、注重實(shí)踐環(huán)節(jié)等方面所取得的成績,但也存在著對(duì)思想政治理論課教學(xué)的重要性認(rèn)識(shí)不夠、教師素質(zhì)有缺陷、學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度產(chǎn)生偏差等問題,導(dǎo)致這些問題的原因主要包括:社會(huì)價(jià)值觀念差異導(dǎo)致價(jià)值取向誤判、對(duì)思想政治理論課教學(xué)的目標(biāo)定位認(rèn)識(shí)不足、教師素質(zhì)缺陷影響學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)、素質(zhì)差異和功利心態(tài)影響學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)積極性。要解決這些問題,必須采取如下對(duì)策:提高對(duì)思想政治理論課教學(xué)重要性的認(rèn)識(shí)、優(yōu)化教學(xué)內(nèi)容體系、采用適合高職學(xué)生特點(diǎn)的多樣化的教學(xué)方法、提升師資隊(duì)伍素質(zhì)。
[Abstract]:The teaching of ideological and political theory in higher vocational colleges is the main channel for systematically carrying out the education of life, world outlook, values and patriotism, collectivism and socialism for college students. It plays an irreplaceable role in cultivating generations of college students as socialist builders and successors. Although since the implementation of the Central propaganda Department and the Ministry of Education on further strengthening and improving the ideological and political Theory course in higher Vocational Colleges in 2005, the teaching of ideological and political Theory course in higher vocational colleges has seriously implemented the spirit of the Central Committee's "document No. 16". There have been gratifying changes in the teaching situation, but there are still some problems. Therefore, how to improve the teaching of ideological and political theory, improve the pertinence and effectiveness, and better complete the teaching task of this course is worthy of further study and discussion. Through comprehensive and in-depth investigation and research, this paper makes a thorough study on the problems, reasons and reform countermeasures of ideological and political theory teaching in higher vocational colleges by the methods of literature research, investigation and research, interview and empirical analysis. Although the teaching of ideological and political theory in higher vocational colleges has made achievements in the aspects of teacher training, teaching and research activities and curriculum reform, and paying attention to practical links, there is still a lack of understanding of the importance of ideological and political theory teaching. There are defects in teachers' quality and students' learning attitude. The main reasons for these problems include: the difference of social values leads to misjudgment of value orientation, and the lack of understanding of the goal orientation of ideological and political theory teaching. Teachers' quality defects affect students' learning, and diathesis differences and utilitarian mentality affect students' learning enthusiasm. In order to solve these problems, we must take the following countermeasures: to improve the understanding of the importance of ideological and political theory teaching, to optimize the teaching content system, to adopt a variety of teaching methods suitable for the characteristics of higher vocational students, and to improve the quality of the teaching staff.
