【摘要】：采取問卷調(diào)查和訪談的方法,對京津冀地區(qū)健康養(yǎng)老行業(yè)專業(yè)人才的需求狀況開展調(diào)研,發(fā)現(xiàn)京津冀地區(qū)健康養(yǎng)老行業(yè)人才需求量較大,學(xué)歷層次要求較高,畢業(yè)生就業(yè)市場廣闊;錄用畢業(yè)生條件及重點(diǎn)關(guān)注問題有較多的一致性,對畢業(yè)生的職業(yè)綜合素質(zhì)重視程度高;畢業(yè)生招聘主要采取合同制;存在招聘專業(yè)人才難、流失率高等問題,提出了合理化建議。
[Abstract]:By the method of questionnaire survey and interview, the demand of health professionals in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei Province was investigated. It was found that the demand of the professionals in the health care industry in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei was larger, the educational level was higher, the graduates' employment market was wide, and there was more consistency between the graduates and the key concerns. The vocational comprehensive quality of the graduates is highly valued; the recruitment of graduates mainly adopts the contract system; it is difficult to recruit professionals, and the rate of loss is high, and the rationalization proposal is put forward.
