【摘要】：近年來,隨著高等教育的大眾化,其質(zhì)量問題引起了人們的高度關(guān)注,政府文件也頻頻提到教育改革發(fā)展的核心任務(wù)是提高高等教育質(zhì)量,因此,各種教育評(píng)估層出不窮。在各種評(píng)估活動(dòng)轟轟烈烈開展的同時(shí),專業(yè)評(píng)估被證明是確保專業(yè)質(zhì)量的有效方法之一,它對(duì)于提高人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量、促進(jìn)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展、改善高等教育質(zhì)量保障體系以及推動(dòng)專業(yè)發(fā)展機(jī)制的形成,都意義重大。本研究旨在構(gòu)建一套適用于甘肅省高職院校專業(yè)評(píng)估的指標(biāo)體系,以期利用這套指標(biāo)體系對(duì)高職專業(yè)進(jìn)行評(píng)估,從而更清楚地了解各專業(yè)的發(fā)展情況,改進(jìn)專業(yè)建設(shè),提高高職教育質(zhì)量。為了實(shí)現(xiàn)這一目標(biāo),本研究從以下幾個(gè)步驟來進(jìn)行:首先,通過整理分析現(xiàn)有的國內(nèi)外高職院校專業(yè)評(píng)估指標(biāo)體系,參考教育專家、企業(yè)職工、教師、學(xué)生的意見,以及結(jié)合甘肅省高職院校專業(yè)發(fā)展的實(shí)際情況,初步構(gòu)建出一套由6個(gè)一級(jí)指標(biāo)、25個(gè)二級(jí)指標(biāo)、49個(gè)觀測(cè)點(diǎn)組成的指標(biāo)體系。然后,使用基于兩兩比較法設(shè)計(jì)出的問卷收集專家的觀點(diǎn)看法,進(jìn)而利用層次分析法中的群決策功能計(jì)算出各個(gè)指標(biāo)和觀測(cè)點(diǎn)的權(quán)重,形成最終的高職院校專業(yè)評(píng)估指標(biāo)體系。此外,本研究根據(jù)高職專業(yè)所對(duì)應(yīng)的產(chǎn)業(yè)類別分別構(gòu)建出了第一產(chǎn)業(yè)、第二產(chǎn)業(yè)、第三產(chǎn)業(yè)對(duì)應(yīng)的高職專業(yè)評(píng)估指標(biāo)體系,并進(jìn)一步對(duì)指標(biāo)體系的內(nèi)涵、指標(biāo)權(quán)重的分配等進(jìn)行描述分析。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the popularization of higher education, people pay close attention to the quality of higher education, and government documents frequently mention that the core task of educational reform and development is to improve the quality of higher education. At the same time that various evaluation activities have been vigorously carried out, professional evaluation has proved to be one of the effective ways to ensure professional quality, which can improve the quality of personnel training and promote regional economic development. It is of great significance to improve the quality assurance system of higher education and to promote the formation of professional development mechanism. The purpose of this study is to set up a set of index system suitable for professional evaluation of higher vocational colleges in Gansu province, so as to make use of this index system to evaluate higher vocational majors, so as to better understand the development situation of each major and improve the specialty construction. Improve the quality of higher vocational education. In order to achieve this goal, this study is carried out from the following steps: first, by sorting out and analyzing the existing professional evaluation index system of higher vocational colleges at home and abroad, referring to the opinions of education experts, enterprise workers, teachers and students, Combined with the actual situation of professional development in higher vocational colleges in Gansu Province, a set of index system consisting of 6 primary indexes, 25 secondary indexes and 49 observation points was constructed. Then, the questionnaire designed based on pairwise comparison method is used to collect the views of experts, and then the weight of each index and observation point is calculated by using the function of group decision making in AHP to form the final professional evaluation index system of higher vocational colleges. In addition, according to the corresponding industry categories of higher vocational specialty, this study has constructed the evaluation index system of the primary industry, the second industry and the third industry respectively, and the connotation of the index system. The distribution of index weight is described and analyzed.
