中職學(xué)生職業(yè)意識培養(yǎng)研究

【摘要】:中職生必須具備良好的職業(yè)意識、精湛的職業(yè)技能才能受企業(yè)歡迎,適應(yīng)社會需要。而目前,中職生中普遍欠缺或缺失職業(yè)意識,很難適應(yīng)企業(yè)的要求,不利于個人就業(yè)和職業(yè)發(fā)展,也不利于企業(yè)用人。本文強調(diào),在學(xué)生的培養(yǎng)過程中除了傳統(tǒng)的重視學(xué)生專業(yè)技能與文化基礎(chǔ)的培養(yǎng)外,有必要強化職業(yè)意識的培育。 本研究運用該文在研究中主要利用了分析歸納法、調(diào)查研究法、行動研究法等研究方法,突破了簡單地從學(xué)生管理、德育教育方面尋找學(xué)生職業(yè)意識培養(yǎng)的方法和途徑的傳統(tǒng)做法,在日常的教育教學(xué)中探尋好的途徑方法,促進學(xué)生職業(yè)意識的不斷提升。特別是,從教育教學(xué)的整體出發(fā)探討職業(yè)意識培養(yǎng)的理論依據(jù)和實踐措施,尤其是把課堂教學(xué)方法的突破和課程體系的改革視為職業(yè)意識強化培養(yǎng)重要組成;從校園文化建設(shè)的高度探討了企業(yè)文化與校園文化結(jié)合的可能性和具體措施以及對職業(yè)意識培養(yǎng)作用,以及探索班主任工作在新形勢下要做出必要的調(diào)整與改變,為中職學(xué)校學(xué)生職業(yè)意識的培養(yǎng)豐富了方法和途徑。 相比前人的研究,,本研究針對中職生職業(yè)意識培養(yǎng)過程中的不足,嘗試在中職教育過程中,提出職業(yè)意識培養(yǎng)的對策和建議:通過建立班級企業(yè)化管理模式培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的職業(yè)意識;明確了校園文化建設(shè)、日常教育教學(xué),培養(yǎng)職業(yè)意識;重視課程體系改革,培養(yǎng)職業(yè)意識;改進教學(xué)方法,使教學(xué)更貼近企業(yè)實際,培養(yǎng)職業(yè)意識。 有事實證明,學(xué)校采取的職業(yè)意識培養(yǎng)措施產(chǎn)生了積極作用,從而得出結(jié)論,通過企業(yè)文化與校園文化的結(jié)合,課程體系與教學(xué)方法的改革與調(diào)整,探索班主任工作在新形勢下做出必要的調(diào)整與改變,對學(xué)生的職業(yè)意識培養(yǎng)具有明顯的作用。
[Abstract]:Secondary vocational students must have a good sense of occupation, exquisite vocational skills to be welcomed by enterprises, to meet the needs of society. At present, vocational school students generally lack or lack of professional awareness, it is difficult to adapt to the requirements of enterprises, is not conducive to personal employment and career development, but also not conducive to the employment of enterprises. This paper emphasizes that it is necessary to strengthen the cultivation of professional consciousness in addition to the traditional emphasis on the cultivation of students' professional skills and cultural foundation. In this study, we mainly use the methods of analysis induction, investigation research, action research and so on, which break through the simple management of students. In the aspect of moral education, the traditional way to find ways and means to cultivate students' professional consciousness is to explore good ways in daily education and teaching, and to promote the continuous improvement of students' professional consciousness. In particular, the theoretical basis and practical measures for the cultivation of professional consciousness are discussed from the perspective of the whole education and teaching, especially the breakthrough in classroom teaching methods and the reform of the curriculum system are regarded as an important component of strengthening the training of professional consciousness; This paper probes into the possibility and concrete measures of the combination of enterprise culture and campus culture from the height of campus culture construction, as well as the role of cultivating professional consciousness, and probes into the necessary adjustment and change of the head teacher's work under the new situation. It enriches the methods and approaches for the cultivation of vocational consciousness of secondary vocational school students. Compared with the previous studies, this study aims at the deficiency in the process of vocational consciousness cultivation of secondary vocational school students, and tries to make an attempt in the process of secondary vocational education. The countermeasures and suggestions of training professional consciousness are put forward: to cultivate students' professional consciousness through establishing the management mode of class enterprise, to make clear the construction of campus culture, daily education and teaching, to cultivate professional consciousness, to attach importance to the reform of curriculum system, Cultivate professional consciousness, improve teaching methods, make teaching more close to the reality of enterprises, cultivate professional consciousness. Some facts have proved that the measures taken by the school to cultivate professional consciousness have had a positive effect, and it is concluded that through the combination of enterprise culture and campus culture, the reform and adjustment of curriculum system and teaching methods are carried out. Exploring the necessary adjustment and change of class teacher's work under the new situation has obvious effect on the cultivation of students' professional consciousness.
